The Dennison Hotel

ホテルの位置は、グーグルマップの位置は交差点にありますが、もっと上に行くと左側にありました。建物の側面の色は水色です。すぐにわかります。午後6時までにチェックインしないと500ペソの追加料金が発生します。これは、受付カウンターにハンサムな男性が6時までいるので、残業代のようなものですね！通常は午後6時以降は、カウンターに誰もいません。事務所内にいます。周りは、一般住宅ばかりです。すぐ横には、サリサリストアーがありますので、ビールなど店前でも飲めます。

They only cleaned the room once in two weeks. Lazy staff, very loud at night.

Very comfortable and clean. Sign up front says no smoking yet many including staff were smoking. Not a welcoming smell. Otherwise very good.

Place is very nice. But front desk is empty very early in the evening (around8pm)

Basic, small, mom and pop hotel on a side street. Safe. Service was good. Basic, air conditioned room with shower, bed, and, cable tv. However, mostly filipino channels. Disappointing, because, i like to watch tv.

Overall, for the price, ok. Basic room. Safe area. Ok for a couple of nights if your looking for a cheap place to stay. I have stayed in places much worse for the same amount if money.

new building hotel, remodeling, good conditions, kind staff is helpful
I arrived at 3 A.M.
the staff welcomed me at that time as we promised.
at first time the wifi signal is weak in the room so I used the services in the reception space.
but, the owner and staffs solved the problems immediately.
in 2 days, they set the device for wifi connection near the rooms and people could use the wifi service in the room.
the mountain view area where is the hotel is very safe and the resident people are very kind and helpful.
the room is very clean and the furniture is all new.
I am very satisfied with the service.
I stayed at the hotel for 20 days.

The room is clean.thebinly problem is the wifi connection. The staff explained to us why there is no wifi connection.

The staff was very nice and always helpful, however the hotel itself has quite a few shortcomings:
1. No hot water
2. No internet in the rooms only in the reception
3. No tv signal what makes the one in your room useless
4. No water dispenser for cold and hot water
5. Licking water from The ceiling in the bathroom


So my overall assesment is a cheap hotel and very basic spartan style. Though it has a great potential if they fix the points i pointed out.

The staff at the Dennison were top notch. The place itself is brand new or newly remodeled and in great condition. There were however some problems during my stay. (1) Directions to the hotel are difficult on grab or google maps. The address of the hotel should be around 905 Pampanga Street, Mountain View, but it is not listed anywhere. Grab and google maps will take you to the intersection of Lipa Street and Pampanga Street and the hotel is not visible from there. (2) The aircon was weak. It is a very small and cheap unit. (3) I had no hot water during my stay (4) Wifi signal was weak also. I couldn't pick up the wifi signal in my room on my phone, but the wifi for my laptop was okay. I believe that the hotel is working on the hot water and wifi, but I'm not sure when it will be solved. (5) The 2000 PHP deposit was a little excessive in my opinion (6) There didn't seem to be any staff working at all during the night...…..If you want a nice clean remodeled room and don't need wifi on your phone, don't need an ice cold aircon, and don't need hot water, the place is probably perfect.
