Freezing rooms, terrible lighting, and no customer service — completely unacceptable.

The room was freezing — just 16°C in the middle of winter, completely unacceptable.
Lighting was terrible, with only a single small wall light, making it almost impossible to see anything at night.
Customer service was non-existent; no help or solution was offered despite our complaints.
Definitely not suitable for families or anyone expecting basic comfort.

Le calme de la chambre. L'hotel est en rénovation, cela promet des chambres plus fraiches.

Cons:

Le restaurant était fermé, je ne sais pas si cela était du aux travaux de rénovation ou fermeture définitive.
