The proximity to everything on the boardwalk and the beach.
The separation of the space was convenient.
The property is extremely dated and the bathroom was cloister phobic and in need of a good scrub. The ‘old’ must smell was pungent upon check-in and we did see a small roach in the bathroom.
What breakfast?
Had three serious complaints, mentioned them to the main desk and was told they would look into them when we checked out, wasn't happy with that!

The sliding glass door was hard to open and close. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the toilet had a slow flush. Also, there were bubbles forming on the bathroom ceiling above the bath tub indicating there might be a water leak somewhere. They might want to fix these issues soon.

I stayed 5 days my bed was not made once
The location and the restaurant were the only great thing I enjoy from this trip. I didn't have time to enjoy my trip since I had issues with the door first it didn't open and later on it didn't lock. Plus, to top it off the staff from the front desk was very rude instead of helping me she was upset that I was talking in Spanish and she only offered a $50 discount. All I can say was the building is not up to date if a hotel is going to be sold out all rooms should be in perfect conditions or at the very least maintenance should make sure all locks work and for the rooms that don't rent them. I could open my door with no key on the last night which made me feel very unsafe. Me and my family could not even book a different hotel nearby since everything was booked.
This was the worst experience I ever had. I stayed with my family in room #332 Building #3 from the moment we arrived the door did not work. We asked the front desk for help, and they sent someone up to open the door for us. Comes next day same problem the door did not work we couldn't open it so every time we went out, we couldn't get back into our room. At this point we go back to the front desk, and the lady was very rude eventually they did send someone up there to try and fix the door they were working on it for like two hours. we were not able to have our privacy; we couldn't use our bathroom like we wanted since the bathroom door didn't lock and the main door didn't work. Lastly on the last day at night, they changed the lock on our door so now at this point anyone could open the door since we could only lock it from the inside. This was a terrible experience we came to celebrate Father's Day and that my daughter is soon leaving for the marines, and this trip was meant to spend quality time together. We did not have a great time, and I feel like at this point the bare minimum the hotel should do is give us our money back since we didn't feel safe staying there on our last day and they couldn't move us to a different room since the hotel was sold out. This hotel did not meet my standards at all, and I would like my money back a full refund since to top it off the lady at the front desk on Saturday was very rude and had a very nasty attitude with me since I was talking in another language. I feel nothing but disappointed and wished I would have never booked here.
Location is perfect plenty of restaurants and activities.
The location was great. We like staying in that area and walking to everything.
I wasn’t crazy about the rooms the bedding could be updated and the carpet was yuk.
