Dated but comfortable and reasonably cheap , free WiFi and heating / aircon
Pros:

Location near to Eurotunnel 10-15 mins

Cons:

Been going for years and it’s a bit dated today the least , dogs not allowed in dining room, almost everywhere restaurant we go to is dog friendly !

Cons:

Change in parking arrangements...now extra cost 3 euros per day.
New shower facilities whilst an improvement on the old system...needs a shower/bath towel to prevent water
transfering to the bedroom and slip hazard
Hand towels would help too.

L accueil de la dame à la réception était top.
A l écoute. Connais sa ville. Renseigne bien. Merci à elle.
La propreté des locaux malgré la vétusté.

Cons:

La vétusté de l établissement.
Le bas des portes dans la chambre est très abîmés.
Le crépi est ancien.
Le bois extérieur n est pas entretenu.

Pros:

The woman on reception was very friendly.
Breakfast was nice and well presented.

Cons:

No restaurant even though advertised. Nowhere to eat close by. Generally the whole place is in desperate need of a refurbishment, inside rooms and exterior too really shabby. I should have read other reviews but trusted the Campanile name to give a basic standard.

Quiet and convenient
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. Nice and quiet and parking was fine.

Cons:

Restaurant only offering snack meals in the evening but breakfast was ok.

A very pleasant surprise.
Pros:

The accomm was easily accessible from the car park and the latter was gated and secure for a modest sum of €3. The room had both a reversible heat pump and a separate room heater, whole the nayhroom also had a room heater. The breakfast room / evening bar was generously proportioned. It’s not a new facility but a well maintained one.
