It was unwelcoming after a day of travel and work.
Pros:

Hotel was close to my work location.

Cons:

I arrived after a day of traveling and work. The room was cold and the heating was not working properly. I was too tired to contact reception because I had an evening appointment and needed a rest. Luckily I had my electrical hot water bottle and a hat to warm my head.
