Une bonne étape sur la route de Bretagne
Pros:

L'accueil était parfait. Nous sommes arrivés tard -vers 22.00- et notre hôtesse était souriante et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Ses indications étaient claires. La literie est confortable, le linge de lit impécable.

Cons:

Il serait utile de refaire les joints de la douche, qui méritent un petit refresh, mais ça ne remet pas en cause l'hygiène. C'était presque parfait. Merci.

Déçue d'avoir payé le parking finalement non sécurisé.

les lits étaient confortables
la personne à l'acceuil trés bien

Cons:

Il est inadmissible de faire payer le parking 5 euros la nuit alors que celui n'est même pas fermé par une barrière qui est restée ouverte tout le week end.
Il s'agit d'un service qui devrait être compris dans le prix. Si je l'avais su avant je ne serai pas venu, j'aurai choisi un autre hotel. D'ailleurs, c'est ce que je ferai la prochaine fois.
La poubelle n'a pas été vidée du week-end. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées et la moquette n'était pas très propre.

Unfreundliches Personal am Empfang. Keine Information, dass Handtuchwechsel und Reinigung extra angefordert werden muss. Reklamationen wegen undichtem WC (immer Wasser auf dem Boden) sehr unhygienisch, Leselampe am Bett defekt in zwei Zimmern, Ein Zimmer total verraucht (das war bestimmt schon länger so und bekannt) Solche Zimmer dürften nicht an Gäste vermietet werden. Unsere Reklamationen wurden nicht beachtet, bzw. vom Personal nicht an die Direktion weitergeleitet.. Wir mußten 3 Tage so verbringen. Eine Stornierung war leider nicht mehr möglich. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant läßt zu wünschen übrig. Schmierige Tische und Stühle. Es wurden teilweise benutzte Servietten im Restaurant und beim Frühstück aufgelegt. Echt ekelig auch die Tabletts. Hier fehlt ein sachverständiges Hauskeeping und Kontrolle. Das Besteck war überwiegend nicht sauber gereinigt. Der Knopf beim Saftautomat war schimmelig. Hoffentlich war der Innenautomat etwas sauber. Das Essen war mit der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Es war alles eine Zumutung und keinesfalls mit 3 Sternen zu bewerten. Nie mehr Campanile! Wir sind geschäftlich viel in Hotels unterwegs, doch das geht überhaupt nicht was an Service im Campanile geboten wird. Bei Regen mußten wir unvorbereitet durch einen Wasserfall laufen, welcher vom Dach herunterfloß, da die Dachrinne wohl verstopft ist. Bitte reparieren, damit die nächsten Gäste etwas besser daran sind.
