Pros:

Perfect location for the ferry terminal. All staff were exceptionally friendly. Our dog friendly room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I couldn't fault it. Bonus, there was a door leading from our room to outside. Perfect from toilet breaks for our dog.

Pas de nettoyage de la chambre, pas de lit fait tous les jours, ni vérification papier toilette, serviettes, nettoyage chambre sauf sur demande, apres avoir demandé de venur nettoyer chambre une poubelle a été vidée, l autre non,moquette au sol très sale, bouilloir défectueuse, petit déjeuner médiocre très
onéreux (13,50€ pp) mais pas de
diversité, pour faire un check in 1 heure plus tôt 25€!

There want to much to like about it other than good location

Our room floor was damp, and there was leak. The door didn’t close big gap! There was mould in the corners of the room and windows I’m assuming from the damp all in the carpet. Stains all over the floor. Just awful ! Lights not working! We had a 3 year old with us tried to change room no staff around, I then proceeded to file a complaint they ignored me and just sent a full stop…
