Pros:

The place has diminished over the year to now looking old, worn and not very well looked after. From dirty curtains that are barely hanging on the poles to I'll fitting window frames, unclean carpets and cobwebs all over the walls. The room had a balcony which wasn't safely bolted to the wall, the bolts were loose! Couldn't inform anyone as there was no one at reception upon leaving.

Pros:

Carpets and curtains not clean, decor very tired, no soap or shampoo until asked and rummaged for. Menu in room but told on arrival at 6.15 that kitchen was closed and couldn't even make a sandwich.
Felt sorry for receptionist but won't be staying again.

Pros:

Nice place nice rooms. Bit slow on service to check out and waiting at tge bar with no staff around. Also another customer must off been having issues with a door and was slamming it atleast 4 - 6 times before it went quite happened 3 times during the evening. Was really quite after about 11 oclock

Pros:

Stayed for one night. Staff on arrival appeared to have better places to be. Corridors smelt a bit foisty but the room was a good size with everything we needed. Window was open and couldn't close it because of a safety screen and although it seems a quiet place, there was a lot of road noise through the night. Walls were very thin, could hear conversations and chatter from other rooms and presumably the bar below. On leaving staff were quite friendly to the people ahead of us, asking how their stay was etc but just took our room key and paid no interest in our stay. Wouldn't pay the full price to stay here so glad we got it through a deal with discount

Stunning location and views
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in stunning setting.
We stayed for a friends wedding do, couldnt fault it, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. We are going to book to go again with our dogs very soon
