Класне розташування, рядом пляж. Чудовий вид з балкону на море, гору та фортецю.

The location is great: Alanya Castle, the Red Tower, and Damlataş Cave are all within walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of renovation – old plumbing, broken shower, and even a patched toilet tank. On the beach, everything costs extra.

Pros:

Заселили быстро как и бронировали. Завтрак однообразный, мало свежей выпечки. Зелени, овощей и фруктов достаточно, хотелось, чтобы на завтраке были пирожные тоже. Напитки приличные, вместо супа на завтраке нужна каша. Обеды и ужины хорошие, суп, овощное или мясное рагу, пирожные и сладости, всегда много фруктов бананы, яблоки, мандарины, дыня, арбуза уже не было. Была жаренная печень, красная рыба- гриль, говяжий стейк, гриль курица. Всё вкусно, повара молодцы старались.
Персонал в столовой все очень внимательные и приветливые, быстро работают, всегда предлагали напитки,
Отель старенький, но чистый, тётушки убирали хорошо, делали фигуры из полотенца, полы мыли каждый день.
На ресепшне работают хорошо выполняют все просьбы. Есть крытый бассейн с подогревом 25-28*С.

Cons:

Номера маленькие, двоим места мало. в ванной комнате места мало, хотелось бы, что бы была полочка для личных вещей для кремов, бутылочек, баночек и т. д. Телевизор, сейф, вешалок много, полок мало, тапки. У нас в номере вай- фай ловил плохо, только возле входной двери. Номер на 3 эт. 312, окна выходят на хозяйский двор, там шумно постоянно что- то возят, грузят, чистят, режут. Ночью постоянно слышался гул, как будто рядом гудит 100 радиаторов, очень напрягало, ночью спать невозможно. Подушки дурацкие как и во всех отелях.
Сауна или баня платная даже, если берёшь курс массажа в баню не пустят, только, когда оплатишь хамам. Не понятно для кого она там.

Viihtyisä hyvän palvelun ja maistuvan ruuan siisti hotelli.
Pros:

Ruoka oli erinomaista ja ruokalinjasto oli siisti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Hotellin Hamam oli loistava.

Cons:

Ainoa miinus oli huoneen pieni wc, jossa skandinaavien pituus oli liikaa, jotta olisi voinut istua pöntöllä.

Быстро и без проблем порешали свои запросы по кроватям и номеру. В столовой отличное обслуживание.

Были в 2023. Несмотря на кризис Alaiye очень сильно развилась и улучшилась. Заметна четкая системная работа по улучшению!!!

Pros:

To much loud music on the terrasse every day in 2 weeks even when some guests complained about it. The food in the snackbar is always the same every day every year. The pool needs to be cleaned a lot more.
The service is supreme.

Rozhodně pozitivní dojem z pobytu.
Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Hotel se mi líbil, čistota v pokoji, v restauraci i po celém hotelu. Skvělá lokace v centru města blízko pláže

Cons:

Trochu mne překvapila menší velikost pokoje. Očekávala jsem na základě publikovaných fotografií větší prostor.

Really good hotel
Pros:

I thought it was a great hotel staff brilliant and food not too bad. Pool bar good and snacks good. Rooms were cleaned every other day and housemaids were lovely

went for 3 weeks the hotel was lovely staff were great and very hard workers , food was ok always something to eat , maybe could have had a bit more entertainment , would definitely go back as I was made to feel like family , made a lot of friends. you must try the massage at mehmets spa and sauna, also the hairdresser does a good job and a great pedicure , theres a great barman that looks a lot like Cristiano Ronaldo
