A beautiful property worth staying with family and friends though slightly on the expensive side!
Pros:

Excellent property just on the opening of Chairing cross station very close to Trafalgar Square and many places of tourist interest! Clean rooms, good breakfast spread and courteous staff!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

La posizione è eccezionale, perfetta per visitare Londra a piedi. Lo staff è stato sempre estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: si mangia davvero molto bene. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e il minibar, completamente gratuito e ben fornito, è stato un plus molto apprezzato. Il letto molto comodo.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scarico della doccia, ma è stato risolto immediatamente con grande professionalità. Anche la richiesta di posticipare il check-out di un'ora è stata accolta senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons:

Nel bagno mancava una presa per il phon e avremmo gradito trovare qualche accessorio in più, come cotton fioc, pinzette e altri piccoli articoli che spesso sono disponibili negli hotel di questa categoria. Inoltre il lavandino è un po' piccolo e non molto pratico.
