Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Charing Cross ist gleich neben an. Man hört aber absolut keinen Lärm. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, Bad ebenfalls. Das Personal, ganz egal ob an der Rezeption, Concierge, . beim Früchstück oder das Zimmerservice, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen .

Φανταστική τοποθεσία, σε walking distance από πολλά αξιοθέατα και χρήσιμο που βρίσκεται πάνω από τον σταθμό του Charing Cross και δίπλα από το Embankement και το ποτάμι. Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό σε ευχάριστο χώρο.

Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, τα δάπεδα τρίζουν πολύ, μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο όταν το ζητήσαμε, δεν παραλάβαμε ποτέ το laundry που είχαμε δώσει, ίσως λόγω αλλαγής δωματίου...

Pros:

Clean and nearby main attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The elevator was down during my stay so to get to my room was a bit of a walk but not a major issue.

Fantastic staff, great location for shows and shopping. Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Everything went so well! We arrived early, staff were warm, welcoming and friendly, they took our bags so that we could head off into London for shopping. When we returned, our bags were in the room and we booked in. The location is amazing, above Charing Cross Station and on The Strand. The room was lovely with a free mini bar, comfortable bed and the best shower we've ever come across. All very clean and the view we had was of the hustle and bustle of London looking across to St Martin's and Trafalgar Square. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, after seeing the menu, and cancelled our Gordon Ramsay reservation. Dinner, which was superb, was in the beautiful Regency style conservatory (maybe with a little Bohemian flavour) overlooking the London street scene and skyline. We then had a great breakfast in the morning. Staff then looked after our bags after we booked out and until we returned at 4pm. The biggest feature of the whole experience is the lovely staff, congratulations to The Clermont on their incredible team. You can head up the Strand to the Savoy for 4x the price if you want, but you're better off staying here, it is fantastic. Also, close to Regent Street, Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, good for shows and shopping.

Cons:

I'm not sure I can think of anything. London prices I guess, for food and drink, but that's the same everywhere.
