Pros:

２年振り２回目前回と同じプレミアムルームを４泊で利用しました。ロケーションはとても良いです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。交通量の多い道路から、クルマの通行のない道を入ったところにあるので、比較的静かです。

Cons:

部屋のテレビが映らなかったので、同じタイプの部屋に変更してもらいました。ハンドタオルの補充が２回なかった。無料の水が、２年前はエビアンでうれしかったのですが、今回は、まったく美味しくない安価な缶入りの水でした。部屋の掃除が午後３時を過ぎることもあった。前回は何も伝えなくても毎日、午後２時には終わっていました。エアコンの能力が低く、暑く感じました。遮光カーテンを使いましたが、ビューを損ないます。

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and had overheard lighting! The tea and coffee selection in the room was great and made mornings a bit more convenient.

Cons:

The location is super convenient however the hotel is part of/above the train station so you definitely hear the trains. We were on the 2nd floor and it wasn't loud enough to interrupt sleep but was noticeable.

The whole property was very clean and very well presented. Small touches like changing the flowers in the communal areas each day. The hotel smelt fabulous as you entered the lobby. The rest of the hotel did not smell at all. No musty smells that you usually get in an old building.
The building itself was beautiful inside and all the artwork was very captivating. Time taken to admire all the artwork was well worth it. There were plenty of comfortable chairs everywhere to just sit and admire the beauty of the place.

Cons:

There was nothing. Apart from having to leave.

Very clean room, attentive staff, excellent restaurant and bar. The location was excellent. We previously stayed at the Wilde Hotel. What an improvement!

Un excellent hôtel au centre de Londres

C'est un très bel hotel, très bien situé, 2 stations de métro dans les environs immédiats et à 2 pas du centre. Trafalgar square, Covent Garden, le quartier des théatres ...Le personnel de l'hotel est très attentif et aimable. L'hotel est magnifique. Les chambres très confortables. Les plats et le service du restaurant sont d'une grande qualité. Nous avons aussi pu apprécier l'afternoon tea d'une grande qualité et largement suffisant pour partager à 2.
En bref nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Rien, j'ai trouvé que tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes.

On a adoré cet hôtel et on y reviendra

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel.
L’établissement est bien situé, juste à côté d’une station de train.
Le décor est tout simplement magnifique.
À notre arrivée, ma fille a reçu une peluche. Le personnel à l’accueil ou au restaurant était sympathique et cordial.
La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée et propre. L’insonorisation était parfaite.
Nous avions une douche et une baignoire dans la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, copieux et frais.

Cons:

Peu de chose…
Mais l’eau de la douche alternait entre très chaud et glacée toutes les minutes. Ou alors il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude.
Les prises sont de vieilles prises USB-A donc peu utiles.
La chasse d’eau peu pratique et l’absence de brosse pour les toilettes.
Le savon n’avait pas une odeur agréable à titre personnel.
