The lifts were painfully slow
This is a quintessential boutique hotel in the center of everything. It feels like a beautiful British townhome. The bar is wonderful. The drinks are fantastic. The breakfast in the morning is very exceptional. The staff at breakfast is so lovely. Everyone is extremely accommodating. We really loved our stay.
I truly could not have thought of anything they can improve upon. It is wonderful! If I truly had to say one thing, I might say the carpets in the rooms feel a little bit older, but that is just being picky! I don’t particularly like carpets so a plush carpet in a room never feels that clean to me, but that’s a personal preference. It definitely made it cozy though.

This hotel in in a great location for touring London. Easy access to the underground, walking distance to many sites and easy access to the water taxies. Theater was very near. A little busy right in front of the hotel due to the train and tube station with commuters. The hotel was quiet something we thought might be a problem due to the train station. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely setting. I would not hesitate to stay here again except for the price, but it is central London.
My only complaint was the cost, but I knew that going in so really can't complain. everything else met or exceeded expectations.
This was our second stay here. The staff were fantastic and professional, and the location is perfect. We would gladly stay here again.

Bed mattress was sinking. When asked about it I was told all beds in the hotel are like this and was provided a mattress topper.

Our 4th stay at The Clermont Hotel. Perfect location, 10 min walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and great location for The Savoy Theatre, short walk to Embankment and Houses of Parliament. If you’re into walking then you can easily reach Regent Street and Piccadilly in about 20-30 mins. Charing Cross tube station literally underneath hotel if walking isn’t your thing. Hotel is spotlessly clean, food and service great. Small bar area which is also lovely. Such a grand hotel.
Our room on this occasion was way too small for two people. We had to keep moving out of each other’s way to get around the furniture. It did have huge windows though so this helped to make the room not claustrophobic. Bathroom was tiny. We booked a classic room but certainly would not do this again in fear we would have the same size room. No cappuccino or latte available at breakfast but there is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby if you’re happy to go downstairs and purchase these before going into breakfast.
Cleaning, location, front desk. Everything was perfect.

Kahvaltı hep aynı sadece "çırpılmış yumurta" haznesi günlük olarak değişiyor orada da yalnızca 3 seçenek var. Kahvaltı imkanlarını güncellemeli ve daha geniş hale getirmeliler. Ayrıca, sigara içme alanı bulunmuyor; kapı dışında da ayrılmış bir alan yok. Dışarıda sigara içmek istediğinizde, her seferinde bir dal mutlaka bir evsize veriyorsunuz.
