the sound-proofing in the secondary building seemed to leave a little to be desired. A lot of slamming doors, loud talking, etc

Une belle expérience!
L’hôtel est très très bien placé! En plein dans l’effervescence londonienne.
La façade a beaucoup de charme et l’intérieur ne déçoit pas,une belle décoration victorienne avec des beaux tapis moelleux 😅
L’accueil est très agréable.
Les chambres sont assez classiques avec une belle salle de bain.
Je venais pour l’anniversaire de ma fille elle a reçu un beau Teddy 🥰
J’avais demandé une jolie vue malheureusement notre chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que j avais espéré mais la réception à régler tout ça et nous a donné une chambre au niveau de la façade.
Ma fille a été comblée!!!!
Et le petit déjeuner était très varié dans une belle salle pleine

Bon hotel llàstima de la incomoditat del llit.

Cons:

El matalàs incòmode que no permet descansar bé . Tot i que vam demanar que el canviessin, el canvi no va millorar .

Pros:

Loved the location and front desk staff were very efficient, accommodating and friendly. Room was amazing with a view of the river and comfy bed. Coffee bar made excellent morning coffee.

Cons:

Restaurant was only ok. Staff is not really experienced and the dinner menu is very limited with too many spicy mains. I could not find anything to order on it for dinner. Also the photo of the restaurant is better than the real thing .

Elegant and comfortable hotel located near Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden area.
Pros:

Location was central to many restaurants, museums and shopping. Close to Covent Garden Market. The hotel has a very nice dining room. Breakfast was included with good menu choices. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful.
