Location was good, outside looks nice with the tree.
Ending up checking out of the hotel a few days early, as we no longer felt comfortable with the staff. Additionally, bathroom toilet leaking and not very clean. I normally don’t write reviews but I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Breakfast is good.
Staff didn't give receipt upon payment, need to follow up. Had a refund since i overpaid. (Will not know about this until I asked for receipt). I think it is not an SOP for them to give receipt.
Hotel room has enough size. TV is not working, and a lot of paint cracks, etc. No toilet paper in the room. Was not also sound proof since we can hear the noise from the adjacent room.
Nice, everything ok but don't come before 14.00 hour, they will not help you. And by the way, it has a very good bed.
Excellent Customer Service from reception to room attendant down to kitchen staff. Very accommodating. And the ambiance was perfect for relaxing.

Guest not prioritized with parking- Campaign vehicles were parked inside the compound. Unpleasant/ cold treatment from receptionist.
I didn't get the chance to enjoy and taste their breakfast, because I had to be elsewhere before they open at 7am. I wish they opened at 6am.
Tucked away from a busy street- it was a quiet stay while in Tarlac i SM city nearby. I love the elephant collection in reception .area. Friendly staff. charming atmosphere. breakfast was good.
I needed to go buy soap - the amenities were too small must bring your own shampoo and toothpaste. .

The receptionist are not accomodating. No intercom. Receptionist are not attentive.the way theu treat us feels like we r not welcome in the hotel. No credit card facility for such an expensive hotel.
The place is quiet and the Staff are friendly. Our stay was overall comfortable and relaxing.

This property has been listed in booking.com but all their facilities listed was broken especially no water broken shower broken tap and broken TV
Bedding had large amounts of bodily fluids on them. No toilet paper and towels in one of our rooms. Asked for seven meals at breakfast, were only given 4.
The room was spacious. The location was quiet and safe. It had a home-like ambiance.
The hotel did not provide hangers for clothes. There were only few choices for breakfast.
Rooms are old, there were no hot water in our room.
Best wifi sofar in the Philippines in a hotel.
Love the old buildings, but not value for money compared to the other hotels we have been so far on this trip
