Estaba todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Es un apartamento a precio de hotel, aunque afirmen lo contrario. Dicen que tienen tres piscinas, pero no cuentan que una está rota (ni te hacen un reembolso parcial). El personal de restaurante/bar de piscina, "por lo que sea", solo les habla a los extranjeros e ignora a los canarios. Está LLENO de carteles con prohibiciones y se siente bastante hostil.

Great experience, perfect for a quick sun holiday

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, contributing to an overall positive experience. Fresh towels were provided daily for use by the pool, these can be rented for a deposit that is returned at check out. The location is convenient, with the town centre approximately a 30-minute walk away or easily accessible via a 5–8 minute shuttle bus. The nearby beach is about a 10-minute drive and features a wide selection of bars. The Tipsy Hammock, recommended by one of the hotel bartenders, stood out as an excellent spot with a great atmosphere. Dining options on-site were also impressive, options ranged from a buffet with different dishes each day. I particularly enjoyed the pizzas at Hotel Jardin, which were both high quality and reasonably priced. The resort is family-friendly and includes amenities such as a small gym and a sauna, both available by reservation. In the evenings just after dinner time there are shows or live music plays to keep you entertained on the quiet nights. Taxis can be arranged through reception and are generally affordable, making local travel straightforward. Overall, great value for money and a perfect getaway for solo travellers and families.

Cons:

The shuttle service took near an hour to get from the airport and dropped off people at random rather than in an order that made sense. Besides this all was great

El personal, la chica del buffet de desayuno con trenza larga un 10. Servicio de calidad. Y en general todo el personal. La chica de recepción con el pelo rapado, un encanto, otro 10. Todo el personal increíble!!!( Todos son canarios y se nota la calidez).

Cons:

No hay carta en el bar de piscina. No sabes que bebidas hay disponibles ni los precios.
