Przestronny pokój, smaczne śniadania, sympatyczny personel, świetny basen na terenie hotelu i dużo leżaków, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!

Cons:

Bateria prysznicowa w naszym pokoju była mocno zniszczona, wymaga porządnego czyszczenia a najlepiej wymiany.

bella struttura, ristorante davvero ottimo. Bella la navetta gratuita per la spiaggia. Molto curato e molto gentili

nel soggiorno c'è 1 divano letto, ma MANCA una porta o qualcosa che separi il soggiorno dalla camera da letto. Si può soggiornare in 3, come abbiamo fatto noi, ma ci vorrebbe poco a mettere almeno in qualche appartamento 1 porta scorrevole x dividere i 2 ambienti per la notte

Despite its impressive location on the map, it’s quite far from everything—unless you’re happy to do several kilometers a day, in which case that’s a plus.

Cons:

The table tennis table is damaged — honestly, it’s a health hazard; the pool cues are worn out, and the water in the pool is cold. Around the bungalow complex, the golf course is under renovation.

da ritornare sto monitorando i prezzi aereo
Pros:

colazione abbondante e buona ,piscina bella ,posizione ottima, grande resort anche se andrebbero ripristinati gli alloggi e bagni ,e migliorare la pulizia ,ma tutto sommato da 0 a 10 un 8 ci sta, personale gentile e disponibile

il meteo siamo capitati in una settimana di pioggia, erano circa 10 anni che nn pioveva ,,

Het ligt heel gunstig als het slecht weer is op Gran Canaria. Lekker eten met veel keuze in het buffet, zo kan je zelf afwisselend eten. Mooi park

De parkeerplaats is rommelig en bij slecht weer rampzalig met plassen. Geen koffie of thee op kamer.

Mi è piaciuto la disposizione delle casette indipendenti in luogo tranquillo , la cena con molta scelta dalla carne al pesce , i camerieri e tutto staf disponibili..è stata una bella vacanza.

Cons:

Il parcheggio con pochi posti auto .. altrimenti nel parcheggio con le buche ..ci vuole l'auto per la lontananza dal centro.

Bon séjour mais déception pour la chambre
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé prêt du golf dans une zone calme ; les hébergements sont des maisonnettes disposées en cercle autour du pôle piscine restaurant au milieu d'un jardin arboré de palmiers, cactus et autres plantes locales ; le personnel de l'accueil est très serviable, souriant, chaleureux, professionnel et bienveillant ; il y a même un très gentil réceptionniste qui parle français (Carlos je crois). La chambre que nous avions était grande avec salon, rangement, un patio, une grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne ; le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien : grand choix de produits, plats chauds, charcuteries, laitages, fruits ; stationnement gratuit à proximité.

Cons:

Mobilier de la chambre sombre, sans charme, et daté comme tout le reste de la chambre qui semble être restée dans son jus depuis des années (308) ; l'entretien courant manque de suivi pour un hôtel qui affiche 4**** ; le ménage est superficiel, le carrelage est taché, les plinthes sont sales ou tachées, la porte de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un lessivage de même que l'intérieur de la penderie, les étagères du dressing sont dégradées ; la serrure de la porte d'entrée est équipée d'un système à ouverture digicode mais hors service, par conséquent c'est la clé de dépannage qui fait office d'ouverture ; la réception des programmes tv était mauvaise ; manque de prises électriques ; dans la salle de bain, ce n'est pas mieux, carrelage du sol fissuré, cuvette des wc à fixer, grand miroir dont l'encadrement trahit son âge ; il y avait de longs cheveux noirs et blancs sur les sols à notre arrivée ; pas de respect de la démarche environnementale affichée dans la salle de bains au sujet du changement du linge de toilettes, tout était systématiquement changé chaque jour ; dommage. Le service du petit déjeuner est impersonnel et se fait dans une indifférence générale ; pas de vrai café ni vrai jus d'orange...

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Le restaurant de qualité, l'emplacement stratégique, le personnel la tranquillité dans l'hôtel (pas d'animation ça a du bon...)

Cons:

Quelques fois les cocktails du tt inclus n'étaient pas top, j'ai goûté plusieurs cocktails de plusieurs serveurs et les meilleurs sont ceux d'isabele

Posto tranquillo vicino a tutto
Pros:

La posizione è comoda .Noi eravamo in macchine e da li si arriva subito alla strada GC 1 e si puo' dunque raggiungere tutte le località da visitare . Il posto è molto tranquillo . Il ristorante è a buffet sia a colazione che a cena .
La cena era molto variata e non c'erano mai le stesse pietanze. Ogni sera cose diverse .
La piscina grande molto bella, ma non riscaldata .
La piscina piccola con idromassaggio avrebbe dovuto essere riscaldata , ma nella settimana nostra era inagibile .
Avrebbero potuto avvisare . La pulizia della camera avveniva tutti i giorni .
La camera, Junior Suite, molto grande e bella .

Alcune cose sono da rinnovare, ma tutto sommato dalle precedenti recensioni pensavo peggio .

Cons:

L'unica cosa di cui potrei lamentarmi è l'igiene dei tavoli nel ristorante .
Ad ogni cambio di ospiti, veniva "spolverato" con lo stesso straccio dal cameriere tavolo, evtl seggiolone bimbi ma sopratutto la tovaglietta che veniva rimessa subito sul tavolo per il prossimo .
