Je vous écris afin de formuler une réclamation concernant mon séjour au sein de votre établissement Best Western Voiron Centre, effectué du 31 janvier au 1er février 2026, sous la réservation n°5496159211 (Booking.com).

Le principal motif de mon mécontentement concerne le petit-déjeuner, dont la qualité et l’organisation ont été particulièrement décevantes. Les produits proposés étaient de très mauvaise qualité, très en deçà des standards attendus pour un hôtel de votre catégorie.

De plus, le comportement des hôtesses présentes lors du service a été désagréable et peu professionnel, ce qui a fortement détérioré l’expérience client.

À titre d’exemple concret, plusieurs produits étaient manquants sur le buffet. J’ai notamment demandé s’il était possible d’avoir à nouveau du bacon, celui-ci étant totalement absent. Ma demande a été mal accueillie et aucune solution n’a été apportée, alors même que le buffet était manifestement vide.
Des photos prises sur place attestent clairement de cette situation.

Cette expérience est regrettable et ne correspond ni à l’image ni aux engagements de qualité associés à l’enseigne Best Western.

Dans ce contexte, je souhaite attirer votre attention sur ces dysfonctionnements et reste dans l’attente d’un retour de votre part ainsi que d’un geste commercial, à la hauteur du préjudice subi.
