Absolutely lovely once in life experience
Pros:

The location. We were in a room looking down on the kangaroo enclosure .
The room itself was luxurious and the staff were absolutely wonderful .

If bliss had a physical location; it'd be here

The attention to detail, the customer service, the cleanliness, the amenities - all absolutely stunning! The staff were gems each and every single one of them. I rave about this place every chance I get and I will absolutely continue to do so

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a animal view room which was wonderful, there were two beautiful koalas right out our door!
Beautiful views of the city, access to the zoo in opening hours. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Easy access to ferry services to the city.

Cons:

Room service menu wasn’t the greatest, but other than that nothing to complain about!

Pros:

코알라를 방에서 볼 수 있다는 건 특별한 경험이었어요.
첫날엔 코알라가 전혀 안보여서 괜히 예약했다며 실망스러웠는데 다음날 코알라가 방 앞에 있는 순간 아쉬움이 전부 사라졌어요.
식당에서 보는 시드니 시티뷰가 멋졌습니다.
호텔에서 머물며 이틀 동안 동물원을 자유롭게 이용할수 있는것도 너무 좋았어요.

Pros:

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Blick auf die Koalas.
Für meine 6 jährige Enkelin bleibt unser Aufenthalt sicher lebenslang als eine von
schönsten Erlebnissen.Führung durch das ZOO am Abend und gleich in der Früh wenn keine andere Gäste da sind runden das unvergessliche Erlebnis.
Danke an das gesamte Personal.

A memorable stay with our grandson.
Pros:

Perfect location to stay with our grandson.
For those travelling with a little one it allows for multiple visits to the zoo and opportunities to rest at various times.
Having opportunites to view animals from the room is a bonus.

Cons:

Insufficient serving staff at the bar.
The one member of the team was doing an admirable job but he was making drinks and preparing pizzas.
