After talking about it for years, we finally booked a stay! Just do it!
Pros:

Lovely room with views looking out to the harbour. Private well equipped bathroom, with the most fabulous overhead rainfall style shower head.
Stayed with my teen and was able to request that the king bed be split into two singles.
Fabulous communication with Taronga sending us a text update letting us know that a burst water main in the area might affect water pressure at the property.
Rain ponchos provided to us by reception, as we had constant light rain during the stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed the morning guided walk around the zoo before open hours.

A unique and memorable stay with stunning harbour views and wildlife right outside your window.
Pros:

We stayed here for my birthday and it was such a special experience. The views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline were incredible, and being surrounded by wildlife made the stay very unique. The facilities were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent and great value for the price we paid.

Nothing — we had a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Incredible experience. With zoo and wildlife access. Animal view room watching a Koala was so amazing. Restaurant was best food ever eaten. Views from bar decking were breathtaking.

Fantastische ervaring met blik op en achter de schermen van een zoo
Pros:

Hele mooie moderne kamer, en dan ook nog direct uitzicht op de kangoeroes. Daarnaast kijkje achter de schermen van de zoo na sluitingstijd met een gids. Heel goed restaurant. Geweldig uitzicht op Sydney Harbour. Priceless.

Eigenlijk niets dat ik kan bedenken.
