Beautiful rooms, lovely surroundings and plenty of animals to see
Pros:

Bush view room looked down on kangaroos. Staff are amazing. Breakfast and zoo entry included with my stay. Amazing views from multiple locations and nice restaurants. Also provided roll out bed for my child ready to go with out having to ask when I booked. Walk into the zoo via the retreat entrance so easy.

Cons:

You will have to park your car up the road in the overnight parking lot and walk back but it’s only about 200m

Awesome Amazing Perfect
Pros:

This was the most amazing experience we have ever done we were celebrating our 38 year anniversary everything from booking to check in the 2 night stay was amazing the staff are 5 star the rooms are luxury the views are amazing upon arrival reception an knowledge we were celebrating our anniversary and left us a beautiful card a little plush Joey and some drink vouchers the way this retreat has been designed is amazing you really feel like you are in a very special place we would highly recommend this experience to anyone families , couples it’s something everyone needs to experience truly amazing

A Zoo to remember!!!
Pros:

It was fifty years since I last visited Taronga Park Zoo with 4 very small
Children. Imagine the difference now!
What an amazing place and so well
Run from the animals, their carers,
the volunteers and the staff who looked after us at the Wildlife Retreat.
Congratulations to all concerned and so proud that Taronga Park will be so
Loved and remembered by overseas
Visitors and our own fellow Australians alike.

Fabulous and memorable
Pros:

Harbor room was so with the upgrade.
Beautiful koala outside our window .. bed was so soft and pillows as well.
And white and fluffy towels.
A great treat and no regrets on the cost of the room. Fabulous

Great experience for a family of three
Pros:

- Our harbour view room (151) had an awesome view of the city as well as a koala in the front.
- We are a family of 3 with a young child and a rollaway bed fits perfectly in the room (despite Booking.com recommended booking for 2x rooms).
- We had enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the property and they were both really good - definitely a high-end hotel standard (not a zoo standard).
- Staff were lovely and helpful. They offer guided zoo tours at extra cost.
