とても快適で、動物好きなら良いと思います。
Pros:

動物園の中にあるという点が、他のホテルよりも滞在として楽しめます。
何より朝起きて動物（コアラ）が見れることや、追加料金を払えばナイトツアーやモーニングツアーに連れってもらえます。これがかなり魅力的でした。料金に含まれるホテル内の動物ツアーも良かったです。

Cons:

よくない点はないですが、もしツアーを申し込むなら英語のリスニング力は必要だと思います。言葉が早いので、聞き取るのに苦戦します。

Nice place near to the zoo.

Cons:

The place it’s overpriced generally speaking. Spot it’s nice however nothing spectacular, restaurant not worth single $. We have paid over 300$ for a dinner for four of us. Indeed nice view on Sydney however nothing worth to spend for food. Sanctuary very small with few animals around.

We could not have scripted a better start to our stay in Sydney, it was like a firecracker start.
Pros:

we stay in 332 and our room had viewing of the 3 male koala beers Eugene, and the two jules baxter and ??

What else needs to be said.

Currently US to AUS money made our trip very reasonable.

I was expecting a Corporate hotel staff and got a wonderful home staff, which was lovely, a bit gruff sometimes, but always homey and very much loved by me and my wife jo ann

Cons:

I am older and the walking got to me, but that's on me.

A very special location and experience with nature within an urban environment
Pros:

Extraordinary location with the backdrop of Sydney Harbour. The resort has been beautifully and tastefully designed and feels like you are out of the city and nestled within the zoo. We enjoyed the included tours and loved the evening tour which was reasonably priced. So special to be able to be guided through the zoo after closing. Me Gal restaurant offers stunning views over the harbour with attentive and friendly staff.

Cons:

The furniture in the main guest arrivals / gathering area was a little grubby.
Breakfast was light on for quality gluten and dairy free options.

The outlook was amazing. Staff very attentive

Cons:

Bar food was overpriced and not that good. Had the pulled pork, very salty 😒 basic burgers for $31. Noisy room, people moving upstairs all night 🫩 beds where comfy.

A close encounter with Australia’s amazing animals!
Pros:

Proximity to animals without crowds with the opportunity to observe them outside your window without disturbing them. The animal view rooms were incredible, and the panoramic views of the common areas breathtaking! Even from the zoo, you can enjoy the animals with beautiful Sydney in the background. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Widok na koale z okna! Coś niesamowitego! 🥹 🐨

To był absolutnie wyjątkowy pobyt! Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu zoo, co tworzy niesamowitą atmosferę… mieliśmy widok prosto na koale! 🥹 To coś nie do opisania: budzimy się rano, a za oknem koala leniwie się przeciąga i zajada eukaliptus. Coś pięknego!

Ogromnym plusem było również to, że część zoo była dostępna tylko dla gości hotelowych, co dawało poczucie prywatności i spokoju. Dodatkowo zostaliśmy oprowadzeni po całym terenie, świetne doświadczenie, które pozwoliło zobaczyć wszystko z bliska.

Pokój był piękny, zadbany i bardzo czysty, a łóżka niezwykle wygodne. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu były przepyszne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne.

To miejsce zdecydowanie przekroczyło nasze oczekiwania. Niezapomniane przeżycie, do którego chętnie wrócimy!
