Amazing pocket of peace with amazing city views and bushland tranquility
Pros:

Wildlife Retreat exceeded my expectations, the resort style stay was both a getaway from hustle bustle of city while still having amazing city views.
Our rooms had views to kangaroos and the bushland which was very good.

The zoo visit was a great start to our time in Australia.
Pros:

The best thing was the koala hanging out in a tree outside our window! But the lobby area is also fabulous, with maybe the best view of downtown Sydney that you can get anywhere

Cons:

It was a pricey stay, but not so bad considering that it included zoo admission for both of us on both our arrival day and our departure day.

素晴らしい。自然、動物、人、旅の融合。
Pros:

小学生の娘と2人で宿泊。娘が体調不良になってしまい不安でしたが、とても親身にご対応頂いて有り難かったです。フロントに日本人の方がいて心強かったです。部屋からコアラが見えテンション上がりました。ロビーのオープンカフェは眺望よく、最高な旅気分を味わえました。ありがとうございました！

特にないですが、今度泊まるならバスタブ付きにしたいなあと思いました！

Cons:

Wir haben insgesamt fünf Nächte hier verbracht (zwei getrennte Buchungen) – ausschließlich wegen der Lage.
Bereits in der ersten Nacht hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel zeigte sich jedoch, dass das eigentliche Problem die mangelnde Sauberkeit war.

Das neue Zimmer war von Anfang an dreckig. Trotz Hinweis wurde nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt (Haare wurden lediglich verschoben). An einem Tag war das Zimmer sogar nur zur Hälfte gemacht: frische Handtücher, aber kein geputztes Bad, Kissen auf die Koffer gelegt statt aufs Bett.

Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht akzeptabel. Bushland erklärt Insekten – aber keine dreckigen Zimmer und schlampiges Housekeeping.

Great attentive staff, beautiful view, amazing food!
Pros:

Beautiful, modern, love the doors that open wide to allow you to enjoy the wild life sanctuary. Staff were so welcoming and attentive! The male staff checking in customers was exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms were a little bit dirty, female hair found around (some on bed) and quite dusty throughout. Very minimal so not a huge issue. Otherwise everything else was exceptional!
