I consistently choose the Four Seasons Hotel West Bay whenever I am seeking relaxation and a peaceful environment. During my recent visit, I was pleased to receive an upgrade, and the receptionist was, as always, welcoming and professional.
It remains one of my preferred destinations, and I will certainly continue returning in the future.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Tea Lounge in the Four Seasons was disappointing. The hostess, Salma, was not welcoming at all and her attitude towards us felt uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
We were repeatedly reminded that we came without a reservation, even though there were available tables and the lounge is open to guests whether they booked or not. A warm and respectful attitude makes a huge difference in hospitality, especially at a place with the reputation of Four Seasons.
On the other hand, our waitress Paole was the complete opposite — extremely welcoming, friendly, always smiling, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. She truly deserves recognition and a rating above expectations for her professionalism and kindness.
I hope management pays more attention to customer service and the way guests are treated upon arrival.
Everything from the hotel's location and the speed of check-in to the excellent service from all staff members, their dedication to guest comfort, and the cleanliness and dining area were more than excellent. This will be my go-to choice for travel to Doha

The whole stay was an experience you have live, everyone was extra helpful and the beach access was the cherry on top.
One thing though i wish i told the staff about was the mattress, it had so many layers after a couple hours of sleep i found my self diving in a pit 😅.

Wasn’t able to spend more time
It was fantastic but an incident happened by the pool that upset us and letting us feel that the hotel facilities are not fully monitored and secure
No security around the outdoor facility and lifeguards was not present all the time around each pool and beach area
A minimum of one lifeguard per swimming pool should be assigned the whole time
We were received very well and we were very happy with our rooms. All the staff were super attentive. Of note where the people at the reception as well as at breakfast. Due to the travel and time difference we where quite tired and went to breakfast with a few minutes to spare, but the waiters brought us out a lot of food before closing up.
The pool is beautiful but not heated, however, there is a small jacuzzi as well. We found out on the last day there is a Nobu ;it would have been nice to know this when checking in.
We cant speak much to the other hotel facilities as our time there was just too short; but we will definitely be going back.
It would be nice if price consideration would be given to guests arriving late at night , our flight arrived in Doha at 10pm and we only checked in at 11pm. And the day we were leaving we had to leave at 5.30am.
Although very helpful, the Desert activity booked via the hotel was quite overpriced and I would recommend booking the activities yourself, same applies to the car cruise on the water.
