The Manager Rafaela is a great person, helpful, supportive, respectful & passionate about her job and how she treats

The Manager Rafaela is the best & she is the one who made me to make the reservation and i always when i came to Qatar i book only in four seasons because of her & i told my company to book only in four seasons
