It was an okay stay, however attention to detail and guests needs were not appropriate. Sharing a towel with my husband

Cons:

The room felt a bit unclean, we were only provided with 1 towel for a 3 night stay between 2 people, when we asked for an extra towel we were told no. This felt extremely unclean having to share towel for 3 days. The breakfast was also over priced for what was on offer.

Mauvais souvenirs.

L’insalubrité de la chambre 41. Louée avec un déshumidificateur…. Le carton du rouleau de papier laissé dans les toilettes. Le lit bébé demandé à été oublié et quand il est enfin arrivé il était tellement sale qu’on a dû faire dormir notre fils dans le landau…
Au milieu de la nuit une forte odeur de « chaud » ou de brûlé envahi le couloir et notre chambre. Visiblement cela provenait de l’ascenseur… le personnel nous propose une nouvelle chambre au deuxième étage, arrivée là-bas elle n’avait pas été faite, une autre chambre était finalement disponible au 1er étage.
Étonnamment la qualité de la literie était bonne.
J’étais heureuse de repartir de cet hôtel.

Le seul point positif qui permet sûrement de faire vivre « cet hôtel » c’est l’emplacement.
Chambre très très sale, robinetterie moisie, joints moisis, drap taché et mobilier plus que fatigué, c’est une honte.
100€ la chambre avec le petit déjeuné inclu ?
A 9h; le buffet a été dévalisé, la machine à café ne marche plus, il n’y a plus d’œuf ni de pain, même plus de vaisselle et toutes les tables sont dans un état lamentable, et la réceptionniste/employé ne trouve aucune solutions pour nous faire un café, seule réponse « j’appellerai mon patron », quand ? Comment ?, et bien pas de petit déjeuné sans cet hôtel
Vraiment pour le prix c’est inadmissible, je ne peux que vous déconseillé cet endroit

Problème dans la douche dans la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée. La deuxième était très bien même si les doubles rideaux n'étaient pas assez occultants a notre goût.

Staff were great. Welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the train, eateries, the cathedral and shops.

Cons:

The bathroom needed the mold cleaned from the shower tiles up high and the grout below. Some exit mold would do it in a few minutes.
