Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, fuimos con una reserva de ultima hora porque nos habíamos quedado sin alojamiento, ya era por la noche y nos atendieron estupendamente, de hecho, nos gustó tanto que nos quedamos dos noches más de las previstas.
Íbamos con dos niñas pequeñas y nos habilitaron la habitación con cama adicional para que pudiéramos estar más cómodos, un gran detalle a tener en cuenta.
El personal muy amable tanto de recepción como de restaurante.
Destacar la amabilidad del Senior del restaurante en el horario de la cena, que nos ayudó con la carta que no estaba en nuestro idioma, nos hizo recomendaciones de que comer y fue muy atento ofreciéndonos alternativas para que las niñas cenaran.

Algo a melhorar no hotel para 4 estrelas.

Muito atenciosas as senhoras da limpeza de quartos . Recepcionista bom tambem.

Nao é bem nao gostar mas algo que tem de melhorar. Deu para perceber que qualquer pessoa tem acesso ao estacionamento do hotel . Deu para perceber que nao tem nenhum controlo em auem entra e sai pelo estacionamento. No pequeno almoço ninguém controla o número de quarto para saber quem tem o pequeno almoco incluído ou não. É isto que tem de melhorar. Pois hoje nao tinha direito ao pequeno almoço se eu nao tivesse dito que queria pagar ninguém me iria perguntar nada . Tenham em atenção estas melhorias.

lo siento, peor no volveré
Pros:

Hotel decadente, los minibares desconectados, Personal simpático, pero solo eso no llega. Conozco este hotel desde 1994... y pasados 30 años no han hecho ni una sola mejora.

Cons:

Varias instalaciones sin funcionar.

La cama y el desayuno

Cons:

El baño estaba fatal, lavabo y ducha muy viejo. La moqueta tampoco estaba limpia. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Tampoco está bien insonorizado. La piscina cubierta tenía muchísimas partículas en el agua.
