Pros:

Odanın büyüklüğü, temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzlü oluşu. Bir daha gelsem tercih ederim.

Cons:

Asansörsüz olması tek dezavantajı. Depozito için 50 Euro kredi kartına blokaj koyuyorlar. Sanırım rotterdam genelinde böyle bir uygulama var.

Pros:

Amazing, friendly staff , good location , free bikes. Loved this hotel so much I would stay again. Also you can ask for more tea bags and milk which is amazing as a British person .

I loved my stay. The staff that work there I cannot compliment higher so helpful and kind.

Mooi stijlvol hotel met zeer goede service
Pros:

Mooi stijlvol ingericht hotel. Gratis fietsen van het hotel en de hulpvaardigheid van de receptie-medewerkers.

Cons:

Vanwege vervangingswerkzaamheden van de lift, was deze tijdens ons verblijf buiten werking. Verder geen probleem voor ons.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit besonderem Charme

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Supernova hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war interessant und liebevoll gestaltet, mit einem besonderen Stil, der den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat.

Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns die Rezeptionistin. Sie hat uns hervorragend beraten, war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben, unsere Wäsche zu waschen. Auch sonst stand sie uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen freundlich zur Verfügung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Man kann von dort aus alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen, und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Garten war sehr schön gestaltet und hat zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen.

Wir würden das Hotel Supernova auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es klar weiterempfehlen.

Gezellig & aan te raden!
Pros:

Het personeel - enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik voelde me meteen welkom en thuis. Een dubbel bed ipv 2 matrassen apart. Degelijk zalig geslapen. Het was mijn eerste solotripje en zou het zo opnieuw doen. Zo goed als alles op wandel afstand, maar toch rustig gelegen. Ik heb veel mooie plekken gezien en ontdekt. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug.

Cons:

Er is niks dat me niet beviel maar de badkamer was aan de kleine kant.
