Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Hotel liegt ruhig im romantischen Winzerort, ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze sind am Main, gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders die Ausstattung der Zimmer hatte es mir angetan. Vorab hatte ich um ein 1,80er Bett gebeten, umgehend wurde uns ein kostenloses Upgrade gewährt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür! Zum ersten Mal nutzten wir den digitalen Code für die Türen: nach ersten Fehlversuchen und dem digitalen Check-Inn hat das auch wunderbar geklappt. Tipp: Durchatmen und nochmals versuchen. Der Code war uns auch per E-Mail mitgeteilt worden, das hatte ich in der Aufregung zuerst übersehen. Den Aufenthalt im Hotel haben wir sehr genossen, die Betten/Matratzen waren für uns genau richtig. Detailverliebte Ausstattung in altem Gemäuer.
Genossen haben wir auch unser Frühstück, das wir im Leni´s Café im Haus genossen. Überaus umsichtiger, freundlicher Service am Tisch, mit Tipps für die Umgebung.

Cons:

Leider war es für uns nicht transparent, was unser gebuchtes Frühstück im Café Leni´s beinhaltet. Das Café bietet in Eigenregie das Frühstück für die Hotelgäste. Ein Heißgetränk ist inclusive, weitere werden berechnet. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, wir hätten es nur gerne gewusst, ohne zu fragen. Mein Vorschlag: Eine Karte oder ein kleiner Aufsteller auf dem Tisch, was das "Klassik-Frühstück" dem Gast bietet.

ruhig, schön und erholsam
Pros:

Ganz kleines, feines Hotel mit wunderbarem Frühstück und hübschen Zimmern.
Sommerhausen selbst ist auch sehr schick!

Just fine for a traveler
Pros:

The location a few steps away from the Main river and the beautiful medieval village center. The historical building and courtyard. The room on the ground floor was small, but it had everything, even a table and two chairs, a coffeemaker and kettle and free coffee and water. The interior design of the room was quite sweet, e.g. using an old door as a wardrobe. Check-in was completely online, which is good if you arrive late (till 11 p.m.). The price was good.

Cons:

It was a bit cold at night because the heating is switched off completely at night and the room has a door directly to the courtyard. The shower in the bathroom was slightly dangerous- hard to get in and out. The concept of handling everything online has its limits.

Cons:

Das elektronische System mit den Zugangscodes per E-Mail war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Abends war die Tür zum Zimmer schlecht beleuchtet.

The breakfast was excellent and the place was charming

Cons:

There is no reception and the code to the front door and the room is sent via mail at 16 cet. It would be more convenient to receive an SMS with this information.

It would have been nice to know that there is no parking next to the hotel. The public parking lot mentioned in the guestbook in the app is approximately 150-200 metres away.

Cozy fully automated hotel in interesting wine village along the A3 highway.
Pros:

Cute hotel in an interesting old village (extremely quiet village on a January Sunday evening. Check-in and access fully on-line and automated, but quite clearly and well explained. Breakfast was great (not a buffet, but a nice lady prepared a nice selection in the morning).

Cons:

One needs to be proficient with tech and smartphone with internet is a must-have (at least for a late check-in). At around 18:30h on a Sunday evening the staff was unavailable over the phone. Parking is a bit away from the hotel and a bit unclear at first, unless you read all the online instructions over their portal first.
