Pros:

La ubicación, está a cinco minutos andando del centro. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. Cafetera y cápsulas de cortesía.

Cons:

En la habitación se escuchaba mucho el ruido del tráfico al dar a una calle con mucho tránsito. La televisión no es smart tv. El baño está renovado, pero el sumidero de la ducha no tragaba nada y el agua se salía exageradamente. Las tazas para el café estaban sucias.
Y para colmo, dejé olvidado un paraguas en el parking y desapareció. No me esperaba que ni los clientes que se alojan en este tipo de hotel o sus trabajadores fueran amantes de lo ajeno. Yo si me encuentro algo, lo hubiera dejado en recepción.
Otra cosa curiosa, les constaba que habíamos consumido una botella de agua del minibar, cuando nadie había entrado a hacer la habitación por que tuvimos puesto el cartel de no molestar. Lo único que consumimos fue el agua de cortesía para la cafetera, ¿Pero cómo lo sabían sin entrar?...

Charmerende hotel med god beliggenhed

Gammelt hotel med charme.
Virkelig serviceminded personale, som hurtigt fiksede alt.

Cons:

Ifht. den lave værelsespris, var prisen for morgenbuffet høj (ikke dyrt, men relativt)

Pros:

La estancia fue muy agradable, la cama bastante comoda, todo muy limpio, las sabanas, almohadas, etc. Dentro de la habitación hay una salita con un sillón comodisimo, habian varias ventanas al exterior grandes. luces. toallas, cojines, todo el su sitio, el hotel al entrar tenia una temperatura muy agradable, el personal tranquilo, la cama grande, todo magnifico. Me dejaron entrar una hora antes ya que la habitación estaba lista.

Cons:

Fué perfecto, están haciendo una obra muy cerca y aun asi casi ni se escuchaba.

check re building work before booking
Pros:

Good size room

Cons:

We had requested a quiet room on top floor - were allocated one on 1st floor above a busy road and opposite 4 large public bins, (emptied in the early hours) and a late opening Irish bar. There was also the sound of drilling and hammering. When we complained we were told this room was good as not on the same floor as the internal building work from 08.00 to 15.00 daily! There was also building work outside the back of the hotel.
Unfortunately we had already paid otherwise would have left immediately.
Other issues we had to bring to staff attention included:
no safe in the  room - staff reported it was broken.
black out curtain broken - not mended
toilet flush broken - mended
door lock broken - mended after numerous complaints
"fresh" fruit at breakfast was mouldy- changed by staff member who blamed the heat (!)
Sent an online request by company to share opinions part way through our stay, we outlined issues but, unsurprisingly, just received a generic reply with no feedback or action.
