Precios elevadísimos para una experiencia "promedio"

Es un hotel bien ubicado

Cons:

Reservé una habitación familiar para tres personas y nos asignaron una habitación con solo dos camas, ambas de tamaño bastante reducido, lo que resultó incómodo.

El desayuno fue bastante limitado, con pocas opciones y calidad mejorable.

Teniendo en cuenta que el hotel maneja tarifas a nivel internacional, comparables con hoteles de categoría superior, la relación precio-calidad no está a la altura y la experiencia no justifica el valor que se paga.

Great spot all in all, friendly staff good breakfast
Pros:

Very nice place with a great breakfast, short walk to downtown, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Sound insulation is a bit poor, was noisy but not during strange hours. Internet was sporadic, which might not matter to some people. I was doing some remote work and it was occasionally frustrating.

Pros:

Bland hotel, no air conditioning, limited breakfast, swimming pool too hot and a 15 minute walk into town along an unmade road then a poorly maintained pavement. Very noisy locals who sang until 3am then the dogs started barking. Avoid if you want a good night’s sleep. However the staff on reception were excellent.

Uma boa opção em El Calafate
Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, com instalações confortáveis e muito limpo. Cama boa e travesseiros bons. O café da manhã é bem variado mas tem pouca opção de alimentação mais saudável.

Cons:

Apesar de não ser longe da cidade leva-se cerca de 15 minutos caminhando até o centro.

They try to make it look better than it actually is.
Pros:

The staff behind the counter were very nice and helpful.
The location was close to downtown but still you needed a car which we luckily had a rental. It would have been nice if the hotel provides a shuttle to downtown.

Cons:

The hotel looked fancy on the surface but awfully cheep for the guest’s convenience. No free water bottle provided. The bed and specially the pillows were old and bumpy. The toilet paper holder was broken and even when we told them it was not fixed. The quality of their breakfast was terrible, cheap. We had to go to a coffee shop to eat breakfast even though the price of the breakfast was included in the hotel). The ongoing construction on this property was not helping either.

Conforto em El Calafate
Pros:

O quarto é confortável. A piscina é ótima e bem aquecida. Fizemos refeições no restaurante do hotel e gostamos, ele é uma ótima opção após um dia longo de passeios. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de pães.

Cons:

O quarto possui apenas aquecimento, então no verão pode não ficar muito fresco à noite caso queira manter a janela fechada.
