Pricey for the location… a good 1 4 km out of town.
Odd needing to walk through restaurant to get through our room but no issue there.
Walls as thin as paper. Impossible to sleep. Beds tiiiny. Unfriendly and very inflexible staff
Lobby is fine but the rest of this place is tired and needs a big facelift on the 2nd floor where the rooms and dining is located. Rooms are small, not particularly clean, and the bed is mediocre.
Breakfast is not great nor are the folks serving it. Location not ideal as it’s outside of town and uphill past some not so great looking stuff. Would recommend staying closer to town. Also no AC and while this is a place that doesn’t really need it, we were there when it was hot.
Also, they advertise a gym which is anything but with very old and non functioning equipment and does not open until 10am, which makes no sense when most guests are leaving on daily excursions and may want to exercise first.

Hotel bonito e confortável .. a uns 15 min andando do centro . A piscina é super gostosa e a água super quentinha !
Meu quarto ficava no mesmo andar do restaurante . E não tem porta separando , umas 5:00 am já começa os barulhos de pratos e dos hóspedes comendo ..
não se pode usar a academia antes das 10:00 am .

La atención espectacular, todo el recinto esta impecable. Totalmente recomendable sin dudas volveré.

Es un hotel bien ubicado
Reservé una habitación familiar para tres personas y nos asignaron una habitación con solo dos camas, ambas de tamaño bastante reducido, lo que resultó incómodo.
El desayuno fue bastante limitado, con pocas opciones y calidad mejorable.
Teniendo en cuenta que el hotel maneja tarifas a nivel internacional, comparables con hoteles de categoría superior, la relación precio-calidad no está a la altura y la experiencia no justifica el valor que se paga.
Very nice place with a great breakfast, short walk to downtown, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.
Sound insulation is a bit poor, was noisy but not during strange hours. Internet was sporadic, which might not matter to some people. I was doing some remote work and it was occasionally frustrating.
Bland hotel, no air conditioning, limited breakfast, swimming pool too hot and a 15 minute walk into town along an unmade road then a poorly maintained pavement. Very noisy locals who sang until 3am then the dogs started barking. Avoid if you want a good night’s sleep. However the staff on reception were excellent.
