Pros:

Mooie schaduwrijke omgeving. Luxe uitstraling. Grote goede bedden. Heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Bien mais des choses à améliorer.
Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel dans un parc ombragé. Belle superficie de la chambre. Service de chambre bien fait. Parking idéal.

Cons:

Impossibilité de diner au restaurant (sur les 3 soirs) ! Pas assez de personnel pour cuisine/service ? Pas de mini frigo dans la chambre...Dommage lors de notre séjour en pleine canicule. Bornes de recharge véhicule électrique à 22kw autant dire pas vraiment utiles. Accueil à minima pas très chaleureux..

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

Cons:

When we booked we weren’t advised that a music festival was being held and that a live jazz band was going to be playing in the bar area 20 yards from my room and that due to the festival the restaurant was fully booked.

Un bel hôtel mais des progrès à faire
Pros:

Chambre de bon goût, spacieuse et très propre, un grand lit confortable et salle de bains fonctionnelle.
Le premier soir de notre séjour, un jeune barman nous a bien conseillé pour visiter les alentours, en particulier la fromagerie des Frères Bernard à Wierre-Effroy dont les fromages locaux sont originaux et succulents. De plus, comme le restaurant était entièrement réservé par un club de golf, ce barman est aller voir en cuisine pour nous faire préparer un en-cas. Le barman du lendemain (plus âgé) n'a pas eu la même approche, loin de là...

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le bruit fait au bar par des golfeurs amateurs de bière...On peut être sportifs et aimer boire un verre après une rencontre mais tonitruer (le mot est faible) est un manque de savoir-vivre pour les autres clients. La direction de l'hôtel semble habituée à ces beuglantes et ne fait rien pour faire baisser le volume.
Enfin, il serait souhaitable que le personnel de la réception apprenne à sourire.

Could be great, but...
Pros:

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Sipping a morning coffee on the terrace in front of the room is a delight, listening to the birds and enjoying all the green.

Cons:

When we arrived, they didn't even know we were coming. Much confusion. I had confirmation on my phone. Next, they gave us room keys and we walked into an occupied room. A jarring experience, for all of us I am sure. The hotel is also past its prime and needs modernization. The mattress definitely was high quality when it was bought but today it is trying to mimic the shape of a bath tub. Killing for people with back issues like me.

Lovely pool, pretty setting, good breakfast

Cons:

Unwelcoming staff, check in time too late (and inflexibility on using facilities before said late check in time), noisy jazz festival going on at the hotel that we had not been informed about, no parking available when returning in the evening.
