Great over night stay
Pros:

Room was very comfortable with a Kettle. The led straight outside which was great for our dogs. I requested a ground floor room, and was provided with one.

Nothing the room was perfect for an overnight stay.

Campanile is everything we want on our journeys. It's a pity when things go wrong.
Pros:

Room,food.
The campanile set-up is perfect for our requirements.

Cons:

disorganised restaurant.
there were only 2 bottles of white wine on the list and one was not available. The substitute white pichet was warm.
No water with the ricard. Service haphazard. Dessert chosen unavailable.
The young receptionist/waiter was very friendly and helpful, he was trying very hard but the system seemed to be beyond him
There were queues at the reception while food was being served. They were not dealt with.
The manager (if that's what he was) occasionally slapped a plate of food on a client's table as though it was nothing to do with him.
We waited a long time to pay behind another customer. A lady appeared, smiled picked up some papers and disappeared
