Pros:

Struttura bellissima e in una posizione spettacolare.
ci torneremo sicuramente

Cons:

Necessità di climatizzazione .
Migliorerei l’attenzione dello staff a cena ma non la definisco una nota dolente resta comunque una struttura nella quale tornerò

Personal war sehr freundlich,Zimmer sauber,Essen sehr gut .

Cons:

Das Zimmer liegt an der Strasse viel Verkehr und es war auch nachts laut.Man konnte die Terassentür nicht offen lassen.

Pros:

L’hotel è a fine Pinzolo ma comunque comodo. A piedi arrivi dove vuoi. La struttura è tenuta bene e pulita.
Abbiamo richiesto l’aperitivo in camera e siamo stati accontentati.

Cons:

Da migliorare la colazione ed il buffet in generale. Al mattino trovavi piatti avanzati di uno o due giorni prima come torte e frutta. Capisco la difficoltà di far fuori i prodotti se soggiorna poca gente ma a questo punto è meglio prepararne meno e avere più freschezza.

Ci tornerò sicuramente!
Pros:

Hotel in posizione molto comoda (anche per il parcheggio) per raggiungere sia la cabinovia che il centro del paese. Camera nuova con balconcino (e sempre pulita). Lo staff gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Nelle giornate di pioggia l’area wellness è stata indispensabile (la piscina è aperta dalle 9:30)!

Cortesia e disponibilità di tutti e in particolare della signora Agnese e di suo figlio Federico. Camera ampia e ben arredata. Varietà e qualità del cibo, tutto molto buono. Ottima la piscina con zona relax, sauna e bagno turco.
