Гатэль цалкам заслугоўвае ўсе станоўчыя водгукі, якія напісаны іншымі гасцямі. Утульныя нумары, усё працуе, усё практычна новае, зручнае размяшчэнне адносна пад'ёмніка (можна дайсці пешшу нават у гарналыжных ботах). На сняданкі на 70-80% падаецца адзінкавы набор прадуктаў, ёсць мясныя прадукты, гародніна, садавіна, выпечныя вырабы, ёсць з чаго выбраць і галоднымі наўрад ці застанецеся. Персанал гатэля вельмі ветлівы і гатовы дапамагчы ва ўсіх пытаннях. Велізарны плюс - гэта наяўнасць СПА (сауна і хамам) і невялічка басейна з гідрамасажам, дзе можна адпачыць і выпіць гарбаткі пасля катання, а таксама пакоя для адпачынку з вібрамасажнымі шызлонгамі.

Cons:

Недахопаў няма, ёсць прапановы. Незразумела, навошта вісіць аб'ява аб абмежаванні наведвання СПА дзецьмі пасля 17 гадзін, калі яго ніхто не выконвае (можа проста тады прыбраць аб'яву?). Было б добра, калі б у нумары быў маленькі чайнік і пару кубкаў. Сантэхніка ў ваннай усталяваная крыху на нязвыкла высокім узроўні, нават мне з маім сярэднім ростам было крыху нязвыкла. У перыяд пікавай загрузкі гатэля можа не хапіць месцаў на сушылцы для лыжнага абутку.

Blisko wyciągu, można dojść na nogach lub skibusem bo przystanek pod samym hotelem. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, obsługa bardzo miła.

All was fine. With place to dry ski equipment. Very close to ski lift and rent.

Spa, rooms, all new. Very close to ski lift. Walking 300m.

Cons:

Breakfast same all days and not big choise. Very small place with food. Very small rooms. Without freedge. Without kettle.

Grande disponibilità dei proprietari sempre pronti ad esaudire le richieste e a dare consigli.
Colazione e cena abbondanti e con varietà di proposte.
Ottime le torte fatte in casa.
Ottimo il servizio di pulizia delle camere di cambio quotidiano della biancheria e di sistemazione generale della camera.
Bella la zona relax posto al piano inferiore.
Molto comoda la zona: vicina alla cabinovia di Pinzolo, al centro e alle fermate di bus e skibus in direzione Campiglio.
