Confort du lit. Accueil très sympa le soir de notre arrivée.

Cons:

Accueil du lendemain matin par une jeune fille taciturne, "sur" son téléphone et qu'on a l'impression de déranger... Les personnes se suivent mais ne se ressemblent pas...

A arrogância da funcionária

Péssimo atendimento!!
A funcionária mal falou para nós, olha com cara de desprezo e surgindo uma duvida ela nem falava nem esclarecia , é uma pessoa arrogante, que não deve estar em contacto com o público e acho que para um hotel destes deveria ter mais critério nos seus funcionários.
Aprecei Também que talvez o incomudo dela foi que quando nós chegamos enterrompemos a conversa das 3 senhoras que la estavam a trabalhar, e deriavado veio a arrogância da parte dela e o despezo. Informo também que o nome da Funcionária estava no cracha e é Sarah .
Com pena minha fico quase todos os meses neste hotel seja de verão ou inverno e nunca fui tratada assim , mais digo que deve ter um bocadinho mais de respeito e consideração por os clientes que tem.
Graças aos clientes é que ela tem trabalho .
