Not a stress free stay due to lack of heating and changing room after a long journey
Pros:

It had a restaurant. Staff on duty changed our room as heating not working. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room cold as heating not working - we were moved to another room. The room was very dark, lighting very poor, could not comment on cleanliness as so little light. The bed filled up most of the room.
The outside of the building in a state of disrepair with plaster and rubble on the stairways
