Voici un avis ferme mais factuel pour Booking :

Séjour très décevant. Plus de 100 € la nuit pour une chambre sans climatisation, alors qu’il faisait une chaleur étouffante. Dormir dans ces conditions a été très compliqué.

Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant. Je ne bois pas de café, j’ai simplement demandé un thé et la réceptionniste m’a répondu : « Non, il n’y en a plus ! » Sans aucune solution proposée. Quant au jus de pomme, il était tellement dilué qu’il ressemblait à de l’eau. Au final, plus de 100 € pour une nuit et un petit-déjeuner qui se résume à un morceau de pain avec de la confiture, c’est difficilement acceptable.

Le plus regrettable, c’est qu’en face de l’hôtel, il existe un établissement presque deux fois moins cher, avec la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et un petit-déjeuner bien plus complet.

Je viens très souvent à Reims pour le travail, mais je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel. À ce tarif, j’aurais largement préféré réserver un Mercure ou un autre hôtel de gamme supérieure, offrant des prestations en adéquation avec le prix.

Lieber weiterfahren!

Für eine Nacht ok, aber wir hätten weiterfahren sollen

Cons:

Das "Restaurant". Wir wollten nicht noch einmal wegfahren, um ein Restaurant zu suchen, daher bestellten wir im Hotel. Fehler!!! Ente mit irgendwas aus dem Glas, das ganze Glas in der Micro erhitzt. Sogenanntes Hühnerfrikassee mit wässrigem salzlosern Reis. Eine Blamage für die französische Küche! Unsere Beschwerde wurde kommentarlos hingenommen ...
Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel eine Renovierung inkl. Erneuerung der Matratzen zumindest in unserem Zimmer.

A great value, comfortable stopover location just off the motorway
Pros:

Excellent value for money stay whilst driving up through France. Secure, comfortable and clean. Not luxurious, but adequate for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Evidence of past leak on bedroom ceiling could have been painted properly.

Matig verblijf
Pros:

Grootte en indeling van de kamer en badkamer was goed. Bedden redelijk. Waterkoker op de kamer met mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten. Fijne douche. Ligging tov de snelweg goed. Geschikt voor een verblijf van 1 nacht/ op doorreis, meer niet.

Cons:

Geen prettige sfeer. Zeer koele ontvangst. Zeer gehorige kamers. In de nacht is er veel laad- en loslawaai van het direct ernaastgelegen vrachtbedrijf, ook in het weekend. Ook wakker gelegen door geluiden van de nachtelijke escapades van de buren vanwege de gehorigheid. Geen airconditioning aanwezig op de kamers dus in de zomer erg warm. Raam kon open maar er is geen hor dus muggen binnen. Rolluik werkte niet, maar we kregen wel een andere kamer. Schimmel op 1 van de hoofdkussens. Hond toegestaan voor € 10 per dag. Geen fohn aanwezig.
