Einmal und Nie wieder!!! California. Lido di Jesolo immer wieder.
Pros:

Nicht viel

Cons:

Nur ein Bett und 3 Küchenstühle kein Sofa .
Dafür sehr viel Ameisen, auf dem Balkon und im der Küche.
Schlüssel für Garten Tor und Eingang funktioniert nicht.
Zugang nur Über Tor zum Parkplatz Zugang ins Haus nur über Parkplatz.

Kurze Wege, egal ob zum Strand, Einkauf oder zu einer der nah gelegenen Restaurants. Das Meer ist sehr seicht und warm gewesen, so das sich unsere 2 jährige Tochter pudelwohl gefühlt hatt

Leider waren die Liegen und Sonnenschirme nicht im Preis mit inbegriffen, und Preislich für einen Tag mit 15€-25€ etwas überzogen.

Bellissima vacanza, struttura consigliata
Pros:

Consigliatissimo. Il residence si trova in una posizione splendida, molto vicino al mare e al centro; tutti i servizi necessari sono comodi e facilmente raggiungibili. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente con tutto il necessario e offriva una bellissima vista mare. La spiaggia era dotata di lettini e ombrelloni in ottima posizione, prenotabili direttamente in struttura all’arrivo. Durante il check-in al Hotel Luxor lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente. Se avete bambini, vi consiglio Jesolo Lido: sicuramente vi divertirete.

Apartament curat, suficient de mare ptr 3 persoane, situat foarte aproape de plaja, aproximativ 30 m si in apropierea strazii principale cu terase si magazine.
Plaja extrem de curata, nisipul foarte fin.
Preturi foarte ok pentru o umbrela si 2 sezlonguri.

Cons:

Nu stiu daca e chiar de 10 dar peste 9.5 cu siguranta.

Balkon und Lage. Küche, naja. Schlafzimmer,geht. Bad, geht. Dusche viel zu klein.

Cons:

Dusche viel zu klein, Klimaanlage geht nicht, Vorhänge zum Teil nicht richtig, Liegen defekt.

Квартира была очень чистая,постельное белье,полотенца,подарочный набор для душа и кухни ,всё было в наличии. Очень близко от моря и променада. Отличная рыбалка на речке. Нам очень понравилось.

Excellent location and accomodation. A large terrace with partial sea view (depending on the floor). Clean, tidy, air-conditioned (our room, at least). The kitchen is adequately equipped. The fridge and AC unit are new or relatively new. The beach is 50-100 m in one direction, and the main street is at the same distance in opposite direction. Despite the proximity to a busy street, it is quiet and pleasant in the evening. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were too thin an soft, causing pain in the back and muscles. On top of that, they were placed on slatted frame that creaked loudly with every movement. We had to put pillows below mattress to make it bearable. Too bad. Otherwise, the accomodation was excellent.

Tutto bene soprattutto la gentilezza dello staff del hotel durante il check in e la loro disponibilità! Il residence nel complesso è buono....andrebbe rivisto il numero delle stoviglie ma per il resto direi tutto bene!
Posizione favolosa a 50 mt dalla spiaggia e in una zona adatta a coloro che hanno bambini piccoli.
