Pros:

The location and that they upgraded me to haram view which was very beneficial since i have a back problem and when i could not go to kabaah in person i could still face it and pray feeling close.

Cons:

The toilet was right behind the bathroom door and it was too low. While for me it was ok but any elderly person will struggle and hence for any future visits with elderly family members it might make me have 2nd thoughts.

Definitely worth the stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing
We were late for breakfast and the breakfast manager made us some breakfast
Beds amazing
Athaan is bedroom subghanallah
Breakfast can be a little bit improved but very good all.in all

Can't think of anything maybe just when switching on the bathroom all lights goes on
