Séjour exceptionnel. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil, la proximité du Haram (5 min à pieds), la propreté, le confort des chambres, la qualité du service… tout mérite un 10/10.

Tout les membres de l’équipe étaient professionnels et bienveillants.

Je tiens particulièrement à adresser une mention spéciale à 2 membres de l’équipe de restauration, tous 2 marocains : le responsable du restaurant ainsi qu’un serveur qui venait régulièrement débarrasser notre table. Ils ont été d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriants, attentionnés et extrêmement serviables. Leur attitude a vraiment marqué notre séjour et fait toute la différence.

Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir inchaAllah !!!

تنوع الأكل فالمطعم ونظافته وحرصهم ع نظافة الطاوله حتى وانت قاعد تاكل لازم يمر موظف يشيل الصحون الفاضيه يعني كانت خدمتهم ممتازه
المصاعد كانت نظيفة وفاضية وسريعة ، ريحة الفندق حلوه ،، توفر محل لبيع الهدايا وباسعار جدا حلوه وتوفر ايس كريم ، وقهوة عربيه فاللوبي
