Pros:

Great location, right at the mall. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast area was very clean, nice selection of breakfast items. We had no complaints.

I stayed in many Marriotts before but this is the worst management.

The location and some staff members

Cons:

The lady that checked us in wasn’t nice. Regardless I told her it was our first time with a smile, she had a frown. Her only question was, “you paying card or cash?”, then she gave me the key. I asked her, where I go from here, she point to the right, no explanation. I requested a kettle 4 different times after making my reservation, it wasn’t there. Only one towel in the room, it’s 2 of us. No ironing board even I complained it still did not showed up during my entire stay. Breakfast to be in my package and no one told me, three days after one front desk agent told me, but direct me to the wrong restaurant so I ended getting no breakfast for my entire week
