El personal es super amable, todos desde recepción, restaurante y limpieza tienen un excelente servicio al cliente y la ubicación a la par de Multiplaza es excelente.
El servicio de limpieza fue muy superficial, la cama no quedó arreglada como debía, no me di cuenta de que habían hecho limpieza hasta que vi que los paños eran nuevos pero no hubo una experiencia donde el cuarto se ve y huele 100% limpio. Además, el papel higiénico es de muy baja calidad (Entiendo en hoteles más sencillos pero en un hotel de más de 400 USD por 2 noches es un intento de abaratar costos innecesario)
My 14-night stay was made wonderful by the exceptionally kind and attentive staff. They were consistently helpful and made me feel very welcome. My room was another highlight—it was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic view of the city and the mall, which made for a very comfortable home base during my trip to Panama.
While the stay was great overall, I have a few suggestions regarding the breakfast buffet to help improve the guest experience:
1. Many of the breakfast options were fried (potatoes, chicken, french toast), which felt a bit heavy for a daily meal. I would love to see more traditional Panamanian dishes, but it would be amazing to have it with more balanced options like grilled proteins, oats (not just the granola oats in the small glasses), or fresh greens alongside the local specialties.
2. Allergy Awareness: I noticed serving utensils were often used for multiple dishes. For guests with food allergies, this cross-contamination can be dangerous; keeping specific utensils for each dish would be a significant safety improvement. Perhaps adding clear labels for each spoon would help?
3. Communication of Amenities: I didn't realize until the very end of my stay that I could order fresh omelettes or eggs. A small sign on the tables or a quick mention from the host at seating would help guests enjoy all the great amenities the hotel offers.
The service from the restaurant staff was always excellent; they were kind, and one detail I appreciated was that they always called me by my name, which shows a genuine interest in the guest. The variety at breakfast was excellent. Room was perfect and being next to the Multiplaza Mall, makes it the perfect location.
I wish the temperature of the building and the rooms in general had been appropriate, as everything was extremely cold, which was unpleasant. However, I later noticed that it’s almost the same throughout Panama, which made me realize that it seems to be a widespread custom.
El buffet de desayuno muy completo. La piscina es realmente agradable y privada. Cuenta con un buen gimnasio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con vistas magníficas a los edificios de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta pues esta al lado del Multiplaza Mall, un centro comercial muy elegante con marcas reconocidas y comida buena.
Las habitaciones no son tan modernas a comparación con las de otros Coutyards by Marriot pero no hacen menos la experiencia.
