Me gusto todo en general, los trabajadores muy amables y las instalaciones muy buenas.

Que solo dejan 1 botella mini de agua, en mi caso fuimos 2 personas y nisiquiera me pudieron cambiar un billete en la noche para la maquina expendedora además de que esta muy escasa, igual y poner un refrigerador con agua, fuse te y snaks que los empleados maniobren estaría excelente.

Pésimo servicio cero atención al huésped. Me generaron un problema porque me diijeron que yo tengo que solicitar a Booking que no me hagan el cargo por haberme hospedado en el City express Norte cuando ellos me lo recomendaron. Al hablar el gerente Alejandro Villalobos ni siquiera atendió mi llamada y el recepcionista - mensajero Sergio Solis me salió con que era lo único que podían hacer.
