I was quoted a price of 72 dollars per night, was charged 87 dollars per night.

Staff was great and super nice, the inn itself was very clean and well managed for the most part, just the area and other issues that weren’t the property managements fault. We had some other guests going around banging on doors including ours and being loud til past 2am and I personally barely got any sleep but again not the inns fault just childish people. My only complaint was on Expedia it said the room was 99$ and was 102-107 after taxes and all that but the room we were in had the listed prices and it was supposed to be 75$ again not the inns fault I think that was on the travel app I used.

Staff was rude at check in . Air conditioner did not work. Security lock not on door. Staff was late for pajama hair a mess to start breakfast that included two kinds of cereal bread for toast.

We first got there around 5 pm and the room had an air purifier in it cause the people ahead of us had been smoking in the room and smelled like smoke....... The A/C unit was spitting water out of the top and all over the floor ...... we were given towels to put on the floor to keep water puddles at bay ....... there was black mold all over the A/C unit and also all around the top of the room in the bathroom .......... they said the maintenance man was on his way in but we never seen him (this was on Friday) they said on Saturday evening they could move us to another room but we declined cause we were leaving the next morning and didnt want to move all our stuff just to leave the next day ...... we finally seen the maintenance guy on Sunday as we were leaving....... the woman at the desk was super friendly and very apologetic.......

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival and going into our room,the room was extremely hot. Air conditioner had been turned off. After traveling on one of the hottest days we have had we expected to be in a cool room. After a couple of hours it was cool. Spider webs on two corners of the room, one with a spider in it. Door to room was very noisy when you closed it. Pool had stuff in it that couldn't identify. Cart used for luggage was extremely noisy rolling it down the hall.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean, comfortable beds overall we stay at this hotel when we are in this area!! Without a doubt great hotel

There was supposed to be breakfast. They had none and were doing nothing to remedy the problem.

Owner needs to invest in upgrades. Mattress, pillows , microwave etc.

ok for an over night stay. stayed 3 nights. no more towels or wash clothes. no trash pick up

AC off and room was a sauna, rollout bed was disgusting and dirty and no sheets or pillows available for use, no continental breakfast because service said they were running behind.

The hotel had no housekeeping, the shower curtain was filthy and there was no slip guard strips or safety handles in the tub shower. The hallway from my room to the lobby was dirty. The refrigerator in the room had no freezer department and the cooler unit barely worked and the floor in my room was dirty.

It is an okay stay. No issues.

This is a no frills hotel. Reasonable rate for a room. The door was hard to open, no tv remote in room, no closet, and the floor had a crack in the laminate.

I am surprised you want a review. Needs lots of work. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It appears that they are trying to update this hotel but they have a long way to go! Just having new sheets and bedspreads would go a long way! They also need to get rid of the carpet and fix things when it gets broken! They didn’t have ice for drinks in the bar and I had to reuse a plastic cup! Don’t serve drinks if you can’t properly!! Sad very sad!!
