Very dated, tired furniture and decor and poorly set up shower over bath that you had to hand hold unless you wanted to cover the bathroom in water. No arrival details provided. Keys needed to be picked up from a separate building 500m up the hill. Only found this out when rang the contact number and even then the (nice) people on the phone couldn’t tell me exactly where it was so had to ask people walking around outside. No signage on the building telling you where reception was so not possible to work it out yourself.

1 bed apartment was very very small. For 2 adults and 2 children it was tiny. Not the cleanest in places- for example I put clothes on a too shelf and when I took them down they were covered in dust. We were there on half term week and it was extremely over priced for what we got. Beds in the bedroom are very narrow.
The ski lockers are only for skis with no boot drying to had to bring boots back to apartment and try and dry them there which was not ideal.
Check in is not great- couldn’t get into the apartment until 5pm and had to leave stuff all bags etc in a completely different building from when we arrived until 5pm then lug all the stuff down the road to the apartment.

Lack of info in accommodation, needed a good clean, once discovered easiest/quickest way to Belle Plagne centre all good.

Check in process is not clear. The reception is in a completely different building which is up a steep slope. The signage for this is poor. The main disappointment is that the webpage advertises spa swim facilities and there wasn’t one at the hotel. There is a pool in the resort but it’s not part of the hotel so I believe this is extremely misleading. The hotel is tired, with basic facilties, minimal kitchen crockery etc, fairly noisy. Parking costs extra although again I believed it to be included as it is advertised in the booking.com page.

Reception hours are inflexible and they don't answer the phone apart from limited hours. For anyone staying here for the first time, be very organized and ring them in advance. Quartz does not seem to have its own reception. The apartment itself is pretty basic and the shower was only OK, but hey, it was very well priced and you should be out in the snow/town anyway! Despite these issues, I would stay here again for the price.

I had a terrible experience checking in at this hotel. Check in is not until 5 pm, which is inconvenient. To make matters worse, you have to go to another hotel to collect the keys, and they don't even tell you the name of the hotel. The phone numbers they have listed on their website and booking.com are not even in service. Another major downside of the apartment was the lack of a proper double bed, instead it only had two single beds located in separate areas of the bedroom, which was quite inconvenient.
