Alles Perfekt - gerne wieder!!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfbereites und mehrsprachiges Personal. Wir haben bei der Ankunft einfach so ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, mit Blick aufs Meer und Balkon. Das ganze Personal, vom Manager bis zur Reinigungskraft, ist sehr höflich, begrüßt immer mit einem Lächeln. Ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz ist in der Nähe für Hotelgäste vorhanden. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen aber feinen SPA-Bereich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, direkt am Hafen von Soller.

Cons:

Es war alles perfekt. Nur beim Jacuzzi muss man wissen, dass dieser nur dann angeht, wenn man mit dem Fuß fest auf den Knopf drückt ;-). Das Hotel will diesen ersetzen, aber ein Schild, um die Funktionsweise zu erklären, wäre hilfreich. Kaum jemand wußte, wie man es zum Laufen bringt. Aber das soll keine Kritik sein.

Erholsame Tage in einem sehr schönen Hotel an einem schönen Ort
Pros:

Das unglaublich freundliche Personal, von der Rezeption bis zu dem Reinigungpersonal.
Die Lage, zweite Reihe und trotzdem Meerblick, das sehr leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, außer der Speisekarte, das Essen war sehr lecker, aber es gab in einer Woche immer das gleiche Fleischgericht, was aber sicherlich auch der nebensaison geschuldet ist.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir haben unseren zweiten Urlaub im Hotel Aimia verbracht und haben uns wiederum sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere haben wir auch die sehr gute Betreuung an der Rezeption geschätzt. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Meerblick. Das Zimmer und auch die übrigen Räume im Hotel sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Buffet wurde fortlaufend mit frischen Speisen aufgefüllt. Das Brot war ausgezeichnet und auch der frisch gepresste Orangensaft hat wunderbar geschmeckt.
Das Abendessen im dazugehörigen Restaurant Airecel war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und ruhig. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir ohne Aufpreis gleich um die Ecke auf einem reservierten Parkplatz abstellen.
Wir können das Hotel Aimia auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Pros:

Das Hotel glänzt mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und einer guten Ausstattung. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Hafen hat uns gefallen. Es eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Tramuntanagebirge. Für Mietwagenkunden ist es gut zu wissen, dass der Pkw auf einem abschließbaren, kostenlosen Parkplatz abgestellt werden kann, der sich unweit vom Hotel befindet.

What a find. Brilliant
Pros:

What a wonderful find. We stayed in a 5* hotel for the earlier part of our trip which cost twice as much and with the exception of perhaps a wow location, this hotel was just as good. Staff wonderful and brilliant location.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Without doubt, the staff make this hotel. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Facilities were great including the use of the Spa. We didn’t use the outdoor pool as it was too cold, but the pool area had lots of chairs and places to sit and relax.
Food was of high standard, great breakfast and we did the Dinner too which was excellent value and great food.
Location is near to the sea front so good if you have mobility issues.
All in all a brilliant spring break

Un hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Tout d'abord l'accueil est très sympathique et efficace. La chambre est spacieuse moderne et propre avec une belle vue sur la mer. La piscine est grande et bien aménagée. il y a même un secouriste. Les parasols sont grands et permettent d'être bien à l'ombre. Le restaurant est joli et la cote de boeuf avec les piments de padrones était délicieuse. Le bar est très agréable et bien conçu. les sandwich du bar (jambon fromage toasté) sont très bons. L'emplacement est parfait car on est juste à coté de la plage et des restaurants mais aussi à coté d'un petit supermarché. Le parking est grand. Du coup il y a toujours de la place et on se gare facilement
