They don’t give you clean sheets. The sheets and pillows have stains on them
The parking lot. Cause they let me sleep in my car when I cancelled my stay.

There was no breakfast and no towels in room. Had to go get them from front desk
The guy working the dest at check innwas very nice
The ice machine was broken, there was no breakfast, the fridge in the room had stuff left in from previous people. The carpets were so dirty my sons feet shins and tops of his feet were black from playing on it and the room stunk.
The staff was nice.
There were roaches in the room and we didn't appreciate that at all. We left the same night we checked in.

Everything. Very unclean room. Desk had no chair. Different hairs on the bathroom floor, in the sink and shower. A smeared roach on the wall as soon as you walk in. Dirty appliances. The pool looked like a scene from a horror movie. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in; it’s like comical. Why is this place even open? Read the reviews on the drive there and my stomach started turning.
The guy at the front desk was great!
Did not have any towels, wash clothes, tub mat, or hand towels. Had to go ask for toilet paper. The pool was cold. They had on the internet that the place had a hot tub. It did not! The breakfast area was closed. Due to a tree that fell on it 1 week ago. Why couldn’t they get that fixed. They only had coffee and sugar. No liquid creamer.

The employees were the only thing good about this hotel.
I stay at Baymont hotels often and have never had the facilities be in such need of repair. The employee told me they had some flooding and a lot of their rooms have damaged ceilings. You could smell the mold in the air from this. The hotel says it has breakfast but the breakfast room ceiling caved in so they do not have anything. The pool is very cold and the pool area is dark and the cement floor is very dirty almost crusty. Upon entering our room there was nothing in the bathroom, no towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. the couch was stained and the cushions did not fit in the couch. The lock did not work on the hotel room door We were booked to stay 3 nights but were able to get a refund and another hotel after the first night We saw 4 other people check in and leave after seeing their rooms. The only thing about this hotel are the 2 employees I dealt with. They really tried but hard when the owner doesn't take care of it
Booked a suite when we got to hotel it had been over booked and we had six people in a two queen bed room. No elevator so we had to transfer our luggage by stairs. The woman on staff was great she helped take some of our stuff up the stairs and offered what she could. This hotel is a Super 8/Baymount of Wydman hotel. Booking.com was very misleading on the hotel.

No remote for the TV, but it didn't matter because TV didn't work.
