Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Very dirty hallway, spider webs in the room, hanging curtain on the window, microwave not plugged in, Fridge barely got cold, juice machine out of order (breakfast), waffle maker did not have nonstick spray to use. The entire hotel needs a complete makeover.

I specifically asked for handicap accessibility. I was told it was available and then when I called you check on the booking I was told our room was upstairs with no elevator. My mom is not able to walk up stairs at all. I wouldn't have booked if it didnt say it was handicap available. The number it says to call would not go thru. So I had t look up the # to reach someone. When I did Finally get someone on the phone she was rude and not caring or helpful of the situation. She also said she would not help me with the booking or change anything at all. Overall bad experience

Disgusting cigarette-smelling room and they wouldn’t move us despite having empty rooms. Never again.

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarettes BADLY, and when we requested another room, the front desk agent said they did not have any. However, we were able to go on their website and see that they had several still available for rent. Terrible.

Worst place I’ve seen ever
Pros:

We chose it because it was off the interstate and it was a Baymont so I expected it would be like most Baymont but it was not.

Cons:

It was the most rundown hotel. Old grill sitting right out front. #MIN of the window windows were fogged up. It was just filthy everywhere, it smelled like pot or cigarettes. The receptionist was super nice, but their printer was broken so they couldn’t give me a valid receipt. Then we got to the room and it had come on the wall stain sheets, filth. We walked out without getting her money back. It was so terrible.
