Pros:

Desayuno ni vimos ni nos ofrecieron.
Habitaciom chica no tenía cortinas para la luz ni aire para el calor.

Cons:

No tenía cortinas para tapar la luz en verano a las 5 y pico hay luz y entraba todo.

Das Hotel ist abgesehen von Straßenbahn-Geräuschen ruhig gelegen und war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Self Check-in: meine Buchung und die eines weiteren Gasts waren nicht im System auffindbar, die für Probleme angegebene Handynummer führte zu einer Mailbox von der erst nach 40 Minuten ein Rückruf kam. Die außerdem ausgehängte Notfall-Nummer eines Partnerhotels war nicht vergeben.
Zimmer wie erwartet sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet – enttäuschend war, dass es keine Nachttischlampe/Nachtbeleuchtung am Bett gab und keinen Mülleimer im Badezimmer. Dazu im Raum nur eine Steckdose und die am Fußende des Bettes.
Sauberkeit hätte besonders im Badezimmer besser sein können.

War gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen. Die anderen Gäste waren hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war nicht existierend. Kein Kontakt der erreicht werden konnte. Beim Anrufen der hinterlegten Nummer klingelte lediglich das Telefon an der unbesetzten Rezeption. Sehr schwach, da wir nicht einchecken konnten trotz jeglichen Versuchen des selbst eincheckens. Letztendlich mussten wir ein anderes Hotel suchen, da wir nicht einchecken konnten.
