Pros:

Posizione ottima in quanto la metro e’ vicinissima, hotel molto carino e personale abbastanza gentile , nel complesso non è male

Purtroppo la pulizia degli asciugamani e lenzuola lascia molto a desiderare … li

Das Badezimmer war voller Schimmel, Haare auf dem Boden und im Zimmer wurde geraucht!

Gar nichts… ich würde euch dringend raten NICHT hier einzuchecken !!!

Personal mega lieb

Cons:

Zimmer oben irgendwo im 5. Stock, eins musste man wechseln wegen Wasserschaden, weils durchs Fenster durchgeregnet hat. Komplett komisches Gefühl oben zu sein, als wär man in einem Bereich abseits von dem eigentlichen Hotel, den man eigentlich nicht vergeben sollte. Bilder komplett anders, als es dann tatsächlich ausgesehen hat. Wirkliches Gefühl davon in einer Abstellkammer zu sein. Personal kann da glaube nichts dafür, passiert, aber ja war komisch

Gut gelegene Unterkunft am Zoo mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; Zimmer roch leider nach Rauch
Pros:

Für diese Unterkunft spricht die Lage quasi direkt am Zoo von Frankfurt. Von dort kommt man sowohl mit der Straßenbahn, der U- und S-Bahn mit nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle überall hin. Auch gibt es ein paar schöne Frühstückscafés um die Ecke und die Bergerstraße mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants ist auch nicht weit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut – wir haben das gesparte Geld lieber in Frühstücken und Abendessen Gehen investiert!

Cons:

Am meisten hat nicht gestört, dass unser Zimmer jedesmal beim Betreten stark nach Rauch gerochen hat. An den Zimmertüren steht zwar ein Rauchen-Verboten-Schild, aber entweder halten sich manche Gäste nicht dran und das Verbot wird nicht durchgesetzt, oder es sind einfach Gardinen aus früheren Jahren, die weiterhin den Geruch abgeben. Dies wäre der Grund, warum ich von einer weiteren Buchung absehen würde, das es den Wohlfühlfaktor zumindest für uns beeinträchtigt hat. Diesen Punkt sollte die Unterkunft in den Griff kriegen. Die Betten sind soweit bequem, jedoch werden trotz Doppelzimmer die Matratzen schnell auseinander gedrückt. ;-)
