They did something special for the guests everyday. Loved the fruit infused water and regular water that was free.

This hotel is a true hidden gem, ideally situated along a major artery just outside the capital, making it both convenient and surprisingly relaxing. From the moment of arrival, the experience was marked by excellent service and a genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the stay, delivering high-quality service that felt polished yet never intrusive.

The hospitality here stands out. Every interaction, from the front desk to dining, reflected care, efficiency, and a sincere commitment to guest comfort. Questions were handled graciously, service was seamless, and the overall environment felt calm, well-managed, and inviting.

The dining experience was especially impressive, with a level of attentiveness that made the stay feel personalized and memorable. At dinner, the chef personalized my meal to suit my preferences. My third-floor room, with its view overlooking Hasely Crawford Stadium, added an extra touch to an already wonderful visit. In the moments I had to relax, laying out by the pool offered pockets of serenity.

This is an amazing hotel and an excellent choice for a weekend getaway, holiday stay, or business trip. Comfortable, convenient, and exceptionally well-run, it is a place I would gladly recommend and happily return to.

The location is close enough to Port of Spain to be convenient and far enough to be peaceful.

I have stayed at the Courtyard a few times..it is located with easy access to my family in Carenage and near to the city, it is clean, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good with its offerings of local cuisine. Nyola at the Front desk has stood out for her welcoming personality, friendliness and knowledge of the area. Thank you for making my stay a memorable occasion!

Excellent dinning staff with Maria smith always knowing what makes sense. I’m truly on vacation when Maria is around from her warm smile to her caring heart. It’s not work for her it’s a passion. I come back yearly to feel the family type atmosphere and energy. The service is exceptional and Maria is always willing to go above and beyond.

Home. The staff is truly one of a kind. Let me start with Dillon, who is truly exceptional. He handles himself with class and experience. His standard to excellence and making the guest feel like there is no place like home. To the extentof asking about milestones, Remembering special events and just a good ole smile! Dillion you are irreplaceable.

Location was convenient, room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff member Sherieila was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

And as we entered our room the "WOW" factor hit..from rose petals on the bed,balloons, wine and chocolates. Creating an atmosphere of romance.. The room was impeccably clean throughout our stay and staff was very accommodating to our needs..

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with American and European choices alongside well-prepared local options. Staff were attentive, and accommodated a request for a birthday celebration on short notice.

My stay at Mariotts, Port of Spain was a fantastic one, i went with my family members for birthday celebrations. The ambience was perfect, my children enjoyed the pool the most. The proximity to Movietowne and other popular spots was very convenient also. We would love to stay there again, the rooms are always clean and the staff always friendly and willing to assist.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We stayed a couple of times and let me tell you the standards never dropped. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone either visiting with friends, family or just a solo getaway. Being so close to malls and entertainment was a big plus. It’s comfortable, well-maintained and everything you could possibly need. Excellent experience, will definitely stay here again

It was a great stay, hotel is clean and well maintained…. One of the best courtyards i have stayed at in a long time. MS sherieda, from the housekeeping team is amazing had a very nice conversation with her, definitely one to go above and beyond for the guests experience. Mr Shaquille in the restaurant is an amazing individual i see a bright future for him in the hospitality industry.
