Loved the staff, service, location and breakfast choices.
Need to be better about contacting clients prior to arrival and please add some Trinidadian food options to the dinner menu.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with American and European choices alongside well-prepared local options. Staff were attentive, and accommodated a request for a birthday celebration on short notice.
The hotel is right next to the highway, so that there is significant noise.
Excellent hotel. My room was always cleaned to a very high standard by my lovely room attendant Sherieda. She was always very friendly and was always on hand if I needed anything. The hotel as a whole is lovely, with great staff throughout the hotel.
A wide selection of local and international foods to choose from. They tasted as good as it looked.
Every detail of the decor and surroundings was thoughtful and chosen with the ne fs of the visitor

How many words
We were in Trinidad for a funeral. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. After the funeral, we found a thoughtful personal touch in our room - a heartfelt handwritten note and gift. The breakfast buffet was a mix of American and Trinidadian cuisine, everything was delicious. They sang HB to my sister, and presented a gift.
We also appreciated the the peacefulness while sitting poolside. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a shower is amazing. Our stay felt like a home away from home. The staff's care and attention made a difficult time more bearable.
The room was big and the bed bathroom was nice
The breakfast was cold almost, everything and the service I asked for honey which I never received.

My family and I had an amazing stay. All of the staff are present and eager to assist with whatever needs you may require. They were truly accommodating and would seek solutions first and that is totally appreciated. Don't be afraid to ask. The location is prime in Port of Spain as it's walking distance from Movie Towne, its restaurants, shops and amusements that will keep every member of any family engaged and entertained. Our room was clean and cozy and after some miserable stints in hotel beds prior, the beds were heavenly and we hope this never changes as most chains seem to neglect this most important facility. Our son also enjoyed the complimentary cookies. Sherieda looked after our room during our stay and ensured we didn't go without the comforts we required. She is very attentive and efficient. We will for sure return for future stays and we hope the quality stays in the tens.

Location was really nice, there are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The rooms looks great, clean and well maintained. Noise level is very low. Service is great from the front desk to the fill in bar tenders. All staff has a great and friendly attitude. The pool and patio area looks really nice and clean. The only problem was that the pool closes at 7 pm :(. Our room service person Sherieda clean our room to a 5 star level and provided extra towels where needed. Also, very friendly!!!!!
My husband and I have always enjoyed our stays at this hotel and this time is no exception. The staff is wonderful, very kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff are very accommodating and helpful. Food at the onsite restaurant is very good and the pool area is newly refurbished. MovieTowne is right next door and has a large selection of restaurants and a movie theatre. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Port of Spain.
