Buena pero mejorable!

Cons:

Internet malo. No tenía frazadas, las pedí y nunca las trajeron. La cocina floja, utensilios viejos. No tiene tostadora podría estar más equipada la cocina.

Pleasantly cosy in the big city.
Pros:

Staff efficiency, Location is good, anything that wasn’t right was corrected quickly when staff came on site. We had a leaking a/c in the bedroom in the evening we checked in. The technician came the following morning and rectified the problem. The room facing Cabello gives my best friend/dog her little curiosity pleasures to watch the comings and goings at street level plus the greeneries on the lower floor makes it is more pleasant. Thank you!

Without staff at the front desk it takes away the “people factor”.

La ubicacion

Cons:

Me parecio un desastre.
Solo pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y una toalla,de mano (para,2 personas)
Sin servicio ni de habitacion ni baño.
Nos quedamos 2 noches.
No habian vasos ni agua de cortesia.
Sin perchas en el baño para colgar las toallas.
Cafe/ te instantaneo para el primer dia, el segundo nada!
Nunca vino nadie a preguntarnos como estabamos.
El negocio es redondo para ellos, el cliente no les importa NADA!!!!
Ni volveria ni recomendaria.
