OK aber keine Wiederholung.
Pros:

-Entgegenkommen des Personals als ich nach einer schlaflose Nacht nach einen Zimmer wechseln gefragt habe.
-Gegend

Cons:

-Die Möbeln sind stark verbraucht und teilweise stark schmutzig.
-Ausstattung in der Küche billig und alt. Kein Mülleimer mit Decke, also die Wohnung riecht stark nach Abfall wenn man diesen nicht jeden Tag rausbringt.
-Extrem hellhörige Hauptür des Zimmers, insbesondere wenn die Nachbarn nebenan diese nicht schliessen sondern Nachts Zuknallen.
-Es scheint dass viele Ausländer diese Unterkunft als Liebeshotel und Treffhotel benutzen da ständig laute einheimischen mitte in der Nacht zu hören waren.
-Auf keinen Fall die Zimmer zur Straßenseite nehmen da diese sehr laut ist.
-Bad und Dusche etwas ekelig mit stark schimmel spuren da kein Fenster im Bad.

No volveriamos !!
Pros:

Buena ducha y cama cómoda.

Cons:

Llegamos y nos habian cancelado la reserva. A pesar de haber sido aprobada, la cancelaron a ultima hora. Estuvimos una hora abajo, hasta solucionar el problema. Nos designaron un nuevo departamento y estaba sin aseo (platos sucios, comida en el refrigerador, etc). Despues de hacer el reclamo, nos asignaron otro.
La pieza matriomonial buen espacio, la otra muy chica (la puerta topa con la puerta). Buena ducha y camas cómodas, pero muy mal aseo, el suelo estaba asqueroso.
No realizaron aseo en los 4 días que estuvimos.
La pieza que daba a la calle, muy ruidosa

Muy buena ubicación, por whatsapp solucionamos dudas, no costó entrar al departamento, muy cómodo

Lo único que falta es arreglar el extractor del baño y un enchufe.

Pros:

Buena ubicacion personal atentos.

Cons:

Falta medidas de seguridad en el baño colocar una baranda de seguridad y calefacción en el baño.
Las ollas muy rayadas y usadas.
Falta más días de limpieza en 7 días solo tenia 1 día de limpieza .
Y dejar late Chek out sin cargo

Dirty and noisy flat. If you're a night owl, this flat is perfect for you.
Pros:

Good location and space.

Cons:

The floor was dirty it makes your feet go black.
The flat was very noisy by night (roof top night bar just in front).
No sound insulation.
No human check in.
Expensive.

Manager adorable
Pros:

J'ai adoré la gentillesse de Manager Andres et de l 'équipe en général , ils ont tout fait pour m'aider
la localisation

Cons:

boucan insupportable , isolation nulle, nettoyage laissant à désirer si on est présent et qu'on voit la réalité.
