L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuto la camera

Quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci la porta era aperta abbiamo trovato la chiave con un biglietto con il mio nome la camera bella ma fredda e anche in bagno calorifero freddo al mattino volevamo fare colazione a pagamento ma non c'era nessuno siamo dovuti andare a cercare un bar aperto. Sinceramente è la primissima volta che mi capita di non trovare nessuna persona in albergo e insomma nei miei anni ne ho frequentati abbastanza e non trovo la cosa molto corretta anche perché non ci hanno chiesto nessuno documento niente. Io non lo consiglio

LA PULIZIA, LA POSIZIONE E LO STAF DAVVERO DISPONIBILE E CORDIALE

Per essere un 4 stelle manca di molti elementi fondamentali:
non ha l ascensore ai piani , il set cortesia in camera è minimo ( due bustine monouso di bagnoschiuma + piccola saponetta / no spazzolino / no dentifricio ) mancava l asciugamano da bidet . Cosa molto importante non c era il sigillo di sanificazione sul wc al mio ingresso. La colazione inesistente con una scelta per tipologia fra dolce, salto e yogurt. Mi spiace ma non può essere classificato come 4 stelle!

Trevlig ort, mycke bra men få saker kan förstöra helhetsintrycket
Pros:

Boendet i Mira var överlag trevligt och låg i en mysig gammal byggnad. Miljön runtomkring gav en charmig känsla och vi trivdes i atmosfären.

Tyvärr drar helhetsintrycket ner på grund av sängen. En eller flera fjädrar var trasiga och stack upp så pass mycket att de gjorde ont i ryggen på min fru. Det här är inget som kan ha undgått personalen och borde absolut åtgärdas innan man hyr ut rummet. Mycket dåligt och inte acceptabelt.

Frukosten var okej men inte mer än så. I jämförelse med de fem andra ställen vi bott på under samma resa höll den här klart lägre nivå.

Sammanfattningsvis: charmigt boende med bra miljö, men sängens skick och den mediokra frukosten gör att vi inte kan ge något högre betyg.

Cons:

En annan stor nackdel var bristen på flexibilitet. Vi hade råkat boka fel ort, vilket innebar 800 km extra istället för 400 km på vår resa ner mot Sicilien. Vi ringde samma dag och undrade om det gick att boka om datumet till november i stället – inte att avboka, bara att flytta. Det stod uttryckligen att datum kunde ändras, och vi var beredda att betala för boendet oavsett. Men det var fullständigt omöjligt att göra någon ändring. Jag försökte flera gånger, men utan resultat. Att det inte fanns någon vilja eller möjlighet att hjälpa oss här sänkte intrycket rejält.

Sammanfattningsvis: charmigt hus och bra läge i Mira, men undermålig standard på rummet, svag frukost och en stelbent inställning till kunderna gör att vi inte kommer bo här igen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till Mira i november – men definitivt inte till detta hotell.

Głównym problemem obiektu jest podwojne naliczanie oplat. Przez przypadek zorientowaliśmy się ze zostały nam.pofwojnie naliczone koszty noclegu. I wystąpił realny problem z uzyskaniem ich zwrotu.

Pros:

We only stayed for one night, and everything was as expected. Good breakfast, friendly staff, private parking was big plus for us, also they arranged early check-in. Location is great if you want easy trip to Venice.
