No sauna
There were kids running the halls yelling all night so we didn't get much sleep
Breakfast was decent
Horribly RUDE Manager! Paid for a late checkout, staff walked unannounced an hour prior to our late checkout. Instead of being overly apologetic, Manager was Rude and kicked us out. I would not recommend this location. Manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and should never be in a position in any kind of customer service. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Hot tub was drained therefore obviously unable to use which was one reason for booking here.
Hotel is beautiful it is cool how it's set up,staff is wonderful nice and friendly ,rooms are very nice hotel feels like home breakfast was very good alot to choose from ,pool was nice and warm , has a lil bar area that's nice we will be back .thank you too all the staff at stoney inn for making our stay wonderful

The hotel was great. The staff was poor arguing with customers.

Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Hot tub has been broke for years. The girl at the front desk for our first day was not helpful at all, but the staff we had on our second stay and this current stay have been very nice.
This is our 3rd stay here in the past month. Unfortunately it will probably be our last. The first time we woke to no hot water in our room. The girl at the front desk said there was nothing she could do to help us so we had to go to school and work with no shower. The second time we booked a king suite. We arrived to find alcohol and garbage all over the balcony, thank God I went out there before my 10 and 14 year old kids. When we pulled out the sofa bed it had not been cleaned. Dirty linens, party decor and garbage all over. This stay (our 3rd stay) has been for 4 nights. My kids were bored of the TV so I bought an HDMI cord so they could watch a movie only to find out that we aren't allowed to use any of the HDMI ports because they have the TVs locked to prevent anyone from switching the inputs. We also didn't realize how small the beds were in the room, asked for a cot and was told no. I asked to upgrade our room at the very least, but were told they were unwilling and unable to do anything because I booked through booking.com. We are booked through tomorrow so instead of extending our stay, I think I will just book somewhere else.
Our suite had a lot of room, kids loved the pool
Checked in to find alcohol,garbage, and cigarette ashes all over the balcony. Pulled out the sofa bed to find dirty slept in linens accompanied by party supplies and wrappers/garbage. I had to do a deep clean of the room and switch out the linens before we could even unpack. Nothing was done to help.
The bed was very soft and comfy room was very clean loved the bar and the food overall a great stay will definitely be back. Staff was nice and friendly as well

They had a decent breakfast and location of a handicap room.
Check in was more complicated than needed. They want a drivers license of the person that made the reservation and extra fees for early and late check out plus front desk lady was rude! We are returning customers too
