An excellent hotel with very attentive and professional staff. The location is perfect to visit the town centre.

Locatie top, maar verder wel wat minpuntjes.
Pros:

Prima locatie aan de rand van het centrum met aan de straatkant een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren onder het hotel, maar ook op straat nabij het hotel.

Cons:

Beperkt aanbod qua ontbijt en niet alles werd tijdig aangevuld. Kamers zijn toe aan een refitting/upgrade. Slechts een enkel haakje in de badkamer voor de handdoeken. Krappe douchecabine.

Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und ruhig zur Hofseite. Das Zentrum der Stadt war gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Verständigung an der Rezeption,nur Holländisch oder Englisch.Mit 82 Jahren lerne ich die Sprachen nicht mehr.Na gut.

Te duur voor wat je krijgt, maar centraal nabij centrum gelegen
Pros:

Ligging t.o.v. binnenstad alkmaar. Dit x wel een airco die enigzins stil zijn werk deed en douche die op ingestelde temperatuur bleef staan.

Cons:

Somber, gedateerd hotel, waarbij ontbijt gebonden is aan tijden die men avond ervoor moet reserveren. Ontbijt is basic. Airco is NIET in alle kamers aanwezig!! Parkeren & ontbijt zijn aardig aan de prijs (21€)

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wenngleich nur durchschnittlich, also nichts Besonderes.
Lage ( trotz "Hauptstraße") super, alles Wesentliche fußläufig erreichbar
Greenstay-Wahl wird mit Gratisgetränk an der Bar honoriert (sehr gut)
Nettes Personal an Rezeption

Cons:

Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und vorherige Festlegung eines Zeitfensters
Abgeschlossener Parkplatz etwas teuer und hierzu kein Hinweis beim Buchen

Zimmer und Bad waren groß, Betten sehr bequem. Lage nah an der Innenstadt. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Recht hellhörig, es waren Personen auf dem Flur zu hören. Schwierige Parkplatzsituation.
