The bed was comfortable. That's honestly the only thing I liked.
I arrived late (about 11 PM). It was difficult to find where the entrance was. I had to drive around the entire hotel and then noticed there was an interior entrance. It's confusing since it shares the same parking lot with Candlewood Suites. There is also not a pull up carport like you see with most hotels. I had to pull up to what I thought "could" be the entrance and park my car in a place where there isn't a parking spot just to walk in to ask if that is where I should go to check in. It would have been better if there was a lit Suburban Studios sign at the main entrance.
The rooms are VERY small and the AC unit was right next to the bed. It was very hard to sleep with the unit kicking on and off and blowing right on me. I also tried the continuous fan setting but it isn't as advertised. The fan stayed running but very quietly and when the AC kept kicking on and off, it was very loud. I only got about 4 hours of sleep both nights.
Also, the police showed up to arrest a man in Candlewood Suites. There were about 5 police cars in between the entrances for Candlewood Suites and Suburban Studios. It just didn't feel like a safe area even though this is in the heart of Loudoun County, VA which is one of the top 5 richest counties in the United States.
It was at a convenient location for us.

The price was good.... that is the only benefit to staying here.
The hotel smelled awful, and the internet was slow. Drunk people were fighting downstairs. No staff were available to stop it.
Great place today and a very affordable price point.. Loved it for a weekend get away.
I didn’t like that the trash was pilled up in bags in the hallway. It’s made the hall smell so bad. I didn’t like the bed wasn’t of any quality. The staff however very friendly. Not my type of hotel to stay in. But it’s very convenient far as the area.
It was good. Clean room and convenient for my needs in the area.
I loved the staff however this looks like one of the crime hotels on the first 48. I did not feel safe at all. Lots of noisy neighbors. I did like the young gentleman that checked me in and I liked the housekeeper the next morning.
