There trying to charge my card a additional 224 dollars because they claim to smell marijuana in the room witch is not accurate at all I didn't smoke in the room or anything like that good thing my card is locked so they can't rob me of my money

Everything was wonderful!
The kids baseball teams running up and down the stairs and hallways after 10pm. But I understand staff can only do so much.
The front desk staff was friendly, and accommodating. Excellent Breakfast Buffet with a large variety of foods not just a quick carb to go type like most complimentary breakfasts. Cleaning Staff was on point!
Only issue it was under construction, and that was not disclosed. There was loud hammering early in the morning hard to sleep in. It also created difficulties getting around such as if you wanted to use the stairs to get to exits for convenient parking. Should have disclosed or offered a discount.

AC was working but didn’t totally cool down the room
The bed was huge and it was pretty comfortable. Great location and enough food places in walking distance
We had ants in our room and we had to keep TV on so we didn't hear the neighbors TV. The hot tub wasn't working. You have no control over this but way to many kids in the pool and they were doing flips and throwing balls all over. It was nice to see you had an adult swim, we just didn't stay up for that as I drove 9 hrs and was tired.

I upgraded for a jacuzzi tub in my room that I couldn't even use because there was no hot water. So we couldn't even shower. They knew they didn't have hot water and still rented the room to us. And when I checked out and mentioned it, didn't say much but then later sent me an email saying there was a water break due to the construction on the pool.
Breakfast was decent, location was great.
Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was beautiful.
The look and feel was just fun. Very nice. Hallway to room was a little warm, but room was nice, so I really didn’t care much. Stayed with my Border Collie and he was in heaven!
