Las camas suenan demasiado, no hacen cumplor las politicas de ruido, mucho ruido en la madrugada, el desayuno todos los dias lo mismo y el sabor no muy agradable y los baños no muy limpios, el personal de recepcion podria ser mas amable

Location and breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Several room details needed maintenance, which had to be reported several times. No toilet seat, no toilet paper holder bar, no floor towel — all repaired. The soap holder in the shower was broken and not replaced. The faucet in the bathroom near the breakfast room leaked. The room needs touchup paint. The shower curtain is too high so the floor and toilet seat get wet.

Pros:

Esta en buena ubicación si quieres ir al centro histórico de guadalajara. Buen desayuno estaba rico y muy buena atención por parte del mesero.

Cons:

El hotel esta muy viejo, si le hace falta una buena remodelada, llegas al lobby y se ve bien. Pero ya cuando entras al cuarto, nada que ver, el extractor del baño hacia mucho ruido y era muy molesto y como estaba conectado directamente a la luz del baño cada vez que se prendía la luz se prendía el extractor y parecía que tenias un helicóptero en el cuarto. El colchón ya se le salían los resortes y estaba muy sucio al quitar las sabanas había muchos pelos. La verdad primera vez que me hospedó en ese hotel y la última

En general la estancia fue agradable, el personal es muy amable, los desayunos bien.

La atención del personal, son todos muy amables.

Cons:

Elegimos el lugar por la alberca y solo nos pudimos meter un par de horas un día de nuestro alojamiento, el resto de los días estuvo en "mantenimiento".
Además, no funcionaba el teléfono de la habitación y no tuvimos WiFi.
