Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Many guests described the hotel as clean and well-maintained, but several reviews reported issues (unclean sheets, found hair, spiders and ants in a room) that lower the overall cleanliness impression.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and helpful at front desk; multiple mentions that staff made guests feel at home, supporting a strong service score despite occasional operational issues (e.g., pool availability, deposit complaint).
Location
9.6
Consistently praised for great location and easy access from the interstate, close to restaurants and convenient for travelers.
Room Quality
7.4
Rooms often had useful features (microwave, HBO Max) and were generally acceptable, but problems were noted (thin sofa-bed mattress, unfinished repairs, occasional pests and apparent unchanged sheets).
Amenities
7.8
Amenities like pool, gym, HBO and breakfast were available and appreciated, but recurring issues (pool frequently closed or not working, busy breakfast area) tempered the score.
Value for Money
8.3
Guests generally felt the hotel provided reasonable value ('you get what you pay for'), with clean rooms and helpful staff balancing some drawbacks in room quality and breakfast.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast received mixed feedback — several guests enjoyed the selection and quality, while others found it poor or the breakfast area overcrowded with limited seating.
Overall Experience
8.8
Most guests reported the hotel met their needs and had pleasant stays (many 'everything was great' comments), though notable negatives (cleanliness lapses, pool downtime, occasional repairs and service-related issues) impacted some stays.
