Llegamos un poco tarde y en la entrada de atrás habia un camión que no nos dejaba pasar al parking... Pero luego de 5 min esperando, el chófer lo movió

Pros:

Overall, the hotel was quite average and did not really meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

The elevators were one of the biggest issues. They are very small and the interiors were quite dirty, especially the walls. There are two elevators next to each other, but strangely there is no central call button each elevator has its own button. During our stay, one of them was also out of service, which made things even more inconvenient.

We also experienced a water outage for one night, which was disappointing.

The room itself was very basic and nothing special. Breakfast was decent in terms of quality, but overall I found the hotel a bit overpriced for the level of facilities and comfort provided.

Not a terrible stay, but definitely below what I would expect for the price and category.
