Cons:

Dinner in the Brasserie was nice. However ordered main (Chicken Supreme) at 19.10pm for it to be served to me at 19.20pm. Not sure how per-cooked all elements were, a bit disappointed.

Short stay in Dundalk
Pros:

Hotel was very welcoming. Room was a great size and spotless. We stayed there as we were at a wedding in Darver Castle and location was perfect .
