Wasn't worth the money
Pros:

Not much have stayed before but this time had such a bad experience, started at reception, person was rude and not very helpful, the pride for a superior king and got a standard king , had dinner that night and wasn't even 1 star quality, there was cobwebs hanging from the lights .as for the bedroom there dust and cobwebs

Excellent hotel in all ways.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel especially the food. The room was lovely, the food in the restaurant/bar was excellent quality. The breakfast has everything you could want. David our waiter was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. My husband got a free Madri by scanning an offer also. Great parking.

We like every bit effort staff was nice and pleasant. The food was beautiful.

So welcome in and food and stuff the bedroom is pretty big plenty of room for mobility people and for autistic children

Pros:

Jack was absolutely brilliant at the wedding in Dundalk. He was friendly, attentive and great craic, and really helped create a fantastic atmosphere behind the bar. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, even when things got busy.

He was a real credit to the team and definitely helped make the night even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend Jack! Up Dundalk!

Excellent staff
Pros:

Had a lovely stay here, especially with the amazing hospitality from Cristina. She was very helpful from our room inquires, places to visit and any other helpful tips for the area. Everytime my colleagues or I arrive here she has always been super pleasant and lovely to speak with. The hotel restaurant is great, friendly staff. Highly recommend

Pros:

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and warm. The check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of parking right outside.

Cons:

The tv would not connect to WiFi at all it took a long time to get it onto the free view too.
The knob in the shower wasn't working properly and was falling off and the shower tray was leaking in the centre onto the floor. Minor things that didn't really affect our comfort.
