Cons:

Minimum gluten free option on valentines set menu. Due to this had to eat somewhere else but menu on Sunday night lovely

For me as I stay in Dundalk every Friday night l would like to get room only for €80.00 euros, as l like to eat their and have a few pints.

Arrived early to see ifroom was ready,,,,,have been to other hotels where check in was 3, arrived early if room was ready and if it was got the key and no earlier check in fee.
Unfortunately and very disappointed was charged a fee

Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Not very much. This is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The best thing I can say about it is that it was clean and comfortable. I don't know how stars are issued and who regulates it, but this hotel three stars at best.

Cons:

It was not four stars in any way. For the price you pay, you don't get your moneys worth. It claims to be four stars and charges four star prices, but there isn't even a bath. There is plenty of room for one, but when it was being refurbished, they didn't bother putting one in. The place needs to be painted and is starting to look a bit shabby. They didn't even go to the bother of tuning in all the stations on the tv. Basic, not luxury, I'll definitely stay somewhere else next time, even if it costs more.

The staff were lovely

Cons:

Disabled toilet as part of the room. Allowing kids/parents to run riot in the lobby. Not challenged and left a lot of rubbish
