Pros:

The staff was very nice. The young man was very kind and polite when we checked in and out.

Cons:

The pool was terrible. Very cold and not clean.
The room was fine but, there was a terrible stain and stench from one of the beds.
The mattress had a huge stain and it smelled like feces.

Workers here are very friendly and try to be supportive with ur stay

There wasint breakfast at this location.there was free coffee in the morning witch was still ok

The people that were upstairs from us sounded like they were gonna come through the floor they were so loud

Was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in .. the hotel that does not sleep from 10:30- 4 am always noisy people ..

The pool was to be open at 7 am - 10pm. But yet not available until 10 am with a check out time of 11am .

Room conditions.
Pros:

Close to 401,restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Walls and windows very dirty. Looked likes someone threw coffee at them. Bathroom sink was dirty so I clean the taps and sink. Taps leaked around the faucet. It a shame bc it could be a nice hotel/ motel if it was cleaned probably.
