No coffee in the room. No decaf in the evening.
Clean room, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good location for me.
TVs are little outdated (no tv guide available on tv). Otherwise, it was exactly what I expected and paid a reasonable price for... basically a place to sleep.
The pool
They have bedbugs & we got bitten up badly.

When I walked into the room there was a strong smell of body odour that necessitated me going to Walmart to get a spray to clean the air. The bed sheets were too small for the bed and in the middle of the night I got up to try and reposition them to no avail.
Close to amenities.
The dirty entrance. The cigarette butts were a little disgusting. The garbage around the front door and parking lot also disgusting.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was our main priority and it was good. The beds were comfortable and the coffee was good in the morning.
There was some smells in our room subtly and the one stairwell was smelly. The doors are hard to open. The sheets were light on the bed, it would be nice to have an extra blanket. Also there were several clumps of hair in the pool.
Bathroom was not clean
The bath did not have a plug. The front desk guy said he checked 10 rooms looking while I waited over an hour.
I booked this place cause it had a bath listed. A lot of hotels only have a shower.
This was not the first time this had happened. If you don't offer the plug don't advertise you have bath.
Secondly and important the front desk called my room at 4:30 am someone was looking to get into the room. We'll I was traveling alone. They should have checked the name. I had a longvday of work plus a 4 hour drive home. Getting up at 4:30 and not being able to get back to sleep was exhausting.
Location from the highway. Close to shopping/Dining
Entire hotel was filthy. Uncomfortable beds/pillows. Only 2pillows per queen bed..room was hot, no thermostat to adjust. No bathroom fan. No bedside lamp. Blanket on bed was gross and thin. No in rom coffee and they were out of coffee at 8am.only put one pot out at a time. Waited 10mins for desk to make more. Then when I got it, was sadly disappointed in taste. They take $100 deposit that can either go on credit or debit. I put it on debit trying to keep my credit card balance freed up. Not knowing until after that I have to go back in morning to get it back on my debit. If I forgot to do that I'd be out the $100. Will never stay here again.
