as a motel 🏨 manager is good
reception great 👍

Cons:

microwave plate is not fit inside so the food plate not rotates
swimming pool water is not clean
to prefer to keep the kettle inside the room fur hot water

Pros:

3 members of front desk staff were awesome

Cons:

The head of housekeeping was the entire reason I left this hotel. We were accused of drug use.. my scented plugg in vanilla waxie must smell like drugs to her..accused me of hiding my pets when they were registered by name at the front desk. Tried to steal my deposit and then tried to get me to pay another deposit or get out. I will never stay at this hotel again. I got 1 set of towels for the entire month. I was there. The room wasn't even clean when i moved into it and it ook almost a week for me to get a replacement blanket after handing over the dirty one the moment I moved in.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly.

Cons:

Vending machines all out of order. 1 elevator out of order. These next issues are to be expected imo and had I had a little foresight would have been a lesser concern. My stay was on a Saturday night and as luck would have it I was in an area full of yahoos who were noisy until late. Earplugs are a must. There was also a fair bit of noise from traffic. These issues are out of the hands of the staff.

For the price, it is much better than other budget hotels
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant vending machine worked. close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

There was a constant "pee" smell in my room and the area around my room. There was a large dog staying in the room next to me barking consistently. I`m assuming that`s where the pee smell was coming from. The cable channels on the television were barely working as they were cutting in and out regularly

If my $100 deposit is not returned within two days, I will be returning with my receipts demanding my deposit
Pros:

Lots of parking space

Cons:

Had some racist remarks made by some families that were staying at the hotel paid 600 for two nights never received my hundred dollar deposit back even after I was told that the rims were good and that it would be returned

Pros:

All staff from check- in to check- out were professional, friendly, and helpful.
Room very clean. Easy access from the 401and loads of restaurants etc close by. Excellent value for your dollar!!!

Everything was fine. No complaints 👌
