Very nice hotel & staff for the price & location to family (when the interstate is open!!)
Pros:

Location is great when the interstate is open!! Love the lighting has been upgraded in the room.

Cons:

Pillows need to be thicker, exhaust fan in bathroom needs updating & a mirror needs to be added in the main room

My stay was aggravating and disappointing.
Pros:

Shower pressure was great

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was a given a room with a king size bed.
I was traveling my with 6’4” son and his wife, which is why I booked a room with 2 beds.
The hotel was full and I could not get another room. I guess I just don’t understand making a reservation and then getting something different than what I reserved. It was late and we had an exhausting day so we had to make do, but just very disappointing.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing! The room was great. The whole hotel was very clean. We did have a litte mix up when we arrived to check in. We had used booking.com and since its a third party they had booked us a double gueen bed and not a king room that we paid for. The guy at the check in counter was very nice and understanding and didn't hesitate to fix our room dilemma and gave us a king room. This was our first ever stay at a Courtyard by Marriott and now we will be staying there more!!!!!!

Freaking terrible!
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I booked a bedroom with 2 queen mattresses for my son and I and instead they put me in a room with one single king bed. And after I talked to them about it, they blamed booking.com.

Pros:

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Nice little coffee maker in the room. Great bathroom. Nice bar in the foyer. Just a great place to stay in Shawnee.
