Perfect place to stay for a few days while in KC. Great location for our needs, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and courteous. The bistro was accommodating and offered free coffee refills.

Cons:

Wish they could have had a hot tub with the pool, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Nice and clean! Friendly staff! Starbucks coffee available.

Cons:

Pool was down for maintenance and we were not given a heads up.

Beds were not comfortable. Need replaced.

Convenient location
Pros:

The breakfast is extra which for the price probably should have been included even if just pastries and fruit. However, there being a great restaurant across the parking area is a huge plus.

Cons:

The parking lot has a lot of issues the rental car hit a pot hole lucking didn't do damage.

Very nice hotel & staff for the price & location to family (when the interstate is open!!)
Pros:

Location is great when the interstate is open!! Love the lighting has been upgraded in the room.

Cons:

Pillows need to be thicker, exhaust fan in bathroom needs updating & a mirror needs to be added in the main room

My stay was aggravating and disappointing.
Pros:

Shower pressure was great

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was a given a room with a king size bed.
I was traveling my with 6’4” son and his wife, which is why I booked a room with 2 beds.
The hotel was full and I could not get another room. I guess I just don’t understand making a reservation and then getting something different than what I reserved. It was late and we had an exhausting day so we had to make do, but just very disappointing.
