Pros:

Stanza con dotazione essenziale ma funzionante, personale gentile alla reception come sempre. Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Alcuni ospiti fumano allegramente nelle stanze e si sente l'odore di fumo raggiungere i corridoi, il fatto che la reception sia presso l'hotel Vienna forse inventiva i fumatori temerari. Comunque la nostra stanza era ok.

Piacevole soggiorno in quel di Lambrate…
Pros:

Reception presidiata h24.
Lo staff accompagna gli ospiti per presentare la camera e fornire tutte le indicazioni utili.
Intero appartamento monolocale, molto ampio rispetto ad una camera.
L’appartamento era ben arredato e pulito, con tutti i servizi e gli elettrodomestici in dotazione (lavatrice, piano di cottura ad induzione, forno classico ed a microonde). Perfettamente abitabile.
Bagno ampio e con l’antebagno e boiler scalda acqua autonomo.
La porta disponeva di ben due serrature di sicurezza.
Temperatura gradevole.
Posizione centralissima nel cuore del quartiere Lambrate, molto vicino alla stazione dei treni FS e Metro.
Molti locali nelle vicinanze dove poter ristorarsi.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La reception non è all’interno dello hotel ma nella struttura di fronte (Hotel Vienna).
L’hotel è di fatto un palazzo convertito in cui alcuni appartamenti sono affittati alla stregua di camere.
Non ci sono servizi aggiuntivi )ristorante, zona fitness, area Wellness,
Tassa di soggiorno pagabile solo in contanti.
Letto con materasso non comodissimo (preferisco gommapiume più rigide) e ricavato da un divano-letto.
Mancava un bollitore (almeno non l’ho trovato).
Non mi pare di aver visto telefoni per contattare la reception.

Pros:

La metropolitana e la stazione ferroviaria di Lambrate sono molto vicine. Buona pulizia. Prezzi, per Milano, relativamente contenuti.

Cons:

Mi sono svegliato in mezzo alla notte per il freddo, perché il riscaldamento era stato spento. Non c'era nessuna coperta aggiuntiva. Il letto era piuttosto scomodo. La reception in realtà è in un'altra struttura dall'altra parte della strada. Camera molto rumorosa perché l'isolamento è inesistente (ma questo è anche responsabilità di chi pernotta). Per un tre stelle il livello mi sembra un po' basso.

Toute est bon les réceptionnistes de l’hôtel de l’autre côté sont très gentils,très propre ,très près du station métro et il y’a des restaurants à côté à bon prix .

Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Le camere sono gelide e la porta del bagno è rotta. Il personale è estremamente maleducato, irrispettoso e privo di buone maniere. Sono rimasto scioccato quando un paio di medici iracheni, che partecipavano a una conferenza in Italia, hanno soggiornato da me. Una persona irrispettosa alla reception dell'hotel li ha insultati. La direzione dell'hotel dovrebbe ritenere responsabile questo idiota. C'era anche una donna che ci ha trattato con condiscendenza, nonostante fossimo medici in visita in Italia. Queste persone hanno dato una pessima impressione di come gli italiani trattano le persone.

Cons:

We came to Florence in January. So the weather was cold. But the hotel room had no heating, we nearly froze. Extra blankets didn't help either. Also there was no double bed in the room. It had two separate beds had gotten close together. Beds were constantly moved away from each other.
