Excellent view, bed was really comfortable, great location and great spacious lobby

Full length windows on my corner suite and I could look at a bed at the World Trade Centre from the 12th floor

My family and I stayed at the Hotel On Rivington for 6 days. Excellent location, well-equipped hotel facilities, but what really caught our attention and positively impressed us was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Very helpful and polite, the team led by Gabriel deserves praise! We will definitely be back very soon!

Location, huge, beautiful corner room with tons of windows and a killer view.

Gemma and the whole front desk staff were so great and made an excellent lunch recommendation, me and my friends enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back to try the other Thai restaurant that was recommended. Wine hour was great way to get the night started.

Hotel on Rivington has officially become our favorite hotel in NYC!

This was our second stay, and we will absolutely be back. The location is fantastic, the hotel has a great Lower East Side vibe, and for the room, views, and experience you get, I genuinely think it’s one of the best values in the city.

But what really keeps us coming back is the hospitality.

Chris is THE MAN. He’s become our main point of contact and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. He even made sure we got back into our favorite room this trip, which meant a lot to us. Any minor issue or request we had was handled immediately and with genuine care.

Huge shoutout as well to Karina, Gemma, Dery, Jessica, and Sarah. Chris and the entire team went out of their way to make sure everything we wanted happened and that we felt completely at home.

That level of personal hospitality is becoming harder and harder to find, especially in NYC, and it’s exactly why Hotel on Rivington will continue to be our first choice every time we come back to Manhattan.

Amazing rooms, killer location, great value, and most importantly, an incredible team.

A lovely relaxing stay - a large bright room - very welcoming complimentary wine in the evenings, and great coffee each morning- a great location for me visiting family in the Grand Street area of Lower East Side - let’s not forget Karina and Noel on the Reception Desk - they were were great fun, helpful and personable - very important when away from home - Geoff, Liverpool UK

Hotel on Rivington is a great hotel. Room had east, north and west exposure so it was a great view looking at the beautiful New York skyline. Shower had terrific pressure and bed was comfy and room was quite comfortable . Front desk agents were diligent and helpful. Jessica was always quick with a hello. Getting an iron from houseman was quick as lightning. Highly recommend the Rivington.
