The hotel renovations are nice.its in a great location ..lots of restaurants in the area.the staff was lovely and accommodating.My city view was the highlight.
I stayed from Feb 25th - 27th. The hotel was nice enough; lobby and dining/bar area all very clean and inviting and I liked the room. There are some nice views to be had, to depending on your room. Bathroom lighting seemed a little too dim but that’s really my only quibble. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.
Speaking of the staff: Quick shoutout to Karleah! We had a nice chat about Portland and traveling. Thanks for whiskey sour and the good vibes, Karleah!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. It was my first time staying here and I will happily be returning in the future. We requested a room with a balcony and were given a room with a balcony that was out-of-service. Because we had arrived in the late evening they weren’t able to switch us immediately. By 11am the next morning we were in a new room with a working balcony. From that point onward it was nothing but smooth sailing. The location feels unbeatable when coupled with the views from the rooms and your access to so much of the city. Clean, efficient, affordable.

WE STAYED VALENTINE WEEKEND AT HOTEL ON RIVINGTON AND THE EXPERIENCE ANDY PROVIDED US WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FROM HIM GREETING US TO HIS ATTENTIVE SERVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS HE OFFERED US DURING OUR STAY WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE THIS EVER AND WE ARE A WELL TRAVELED COUPLE THAT HAVE STAYED IN SOME OF THE BEST HOTELS IN THE WORLD PLEASE KEEP ANDY WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK BECAUSE OF HIM HE DESERVES A PROMOTION!!!
